They do not answer wpp, and when they answer they take a long time to respond again, 2 days writing to them and they still do not solve me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agende cita para consulta a domicilio en 2 diferentes ocasiones y en las dos ocasiones paso algo similar, al marcar me confirmaron mi teléfono y la hora en que acudirian a mi domicilio, paso la hora de la cita otra hora más y hasta las 2 horas pasadas marque para ver si vendrían o que había pasado y me contestan diciendo que el doctor no va a venir, sin dar algúna explicación o una simple disculpa, no tuvieron la cortesía de avisar que no vendrían a revisar a mi mascota y yo esperando hasta 2 horas , falte a mi trabajo por esperarlos y ni una llamada para avisar, ellos tenían mi número de teléfono y en llamarme no se hubieran tardado ni un minuto, por la experiencia no creo que sean muy confiables para una emergencia. :(
Schedule an appointment for a home consultation on 2 different occasions and on both occasions something similar happened, when I dialed they confirmed my phone number and the time they would come to my home, the time of the appointment passed another hour and until the past 2 hours I checked to see if they would come or what had happened and they answered me saying that the doctor will not come, without giving any explanation or a simple apology, they did not have the courtesy to advise that they would not come to check my pet and I waited up to 2 hours , I missed my work to wait for them and not a call to notify them, they had my phone number and in calling me they would not have taken a minute, from experience I do not think they are very reliable for an emergency. :(
