★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horribleeeee, carísimo y no saben atender una emergencia tratan de cobrarte muchísimo a lo güey y se empiezan a inventar cosas que no tienen nada que ver con la razón por la que tu mascota necesita atención médica.
Lleve a mi perrita por una uña rota y la doctora le hizo pedicure por lo cual me cobro muchísimo siendo que no era la solución adecuada pues el malestar de mi mascota no se detuvo, la llevé a otro doctor y de inmediato la atendieron porque se le estaba infectando, estaba en necesidad de antibiótico! pero la doctora de las mascotas de Tlalpan no se percató aunque emitía mal olor y a eso se le llama NEGLIGENCIA
Horribleeeee, very expensive and they do not know how to take care of an emergency they try to charge you a lot like the guy and they start inventing things that have nothing to do with the reason why your pet needs medical attention.
I took my dog for a broken nail and the doctor gave her a pedicure for which I charge a lot since it was not the right solution because my pet's discomfort did not stop, I took her to another doctor and they treated her immediately because she was I was infecting, I was in need of an antibiotic! but the doctor of the pets of Tlalpan did not notice although it emitted a bad smell and that is called NEGLIGENCE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre llevo mi mascota a esa veterinaria. Y la Doctora es excelente. Aunque como tiene mucho trabajo luego se complica con el horario, pero en general el servicio es excelente.
I always take my pet to that vet. And the Doctor is excellent. Although, since he has a lot of work, then he gets complicated with the schedule, but in general the service is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vía telefónica, realice una cita para servicio de estética ( baño y corte de pelo), y al llegar al lugar me dicen que no es posible atender a mi mascota , por que venia sucia. ¡Pésimo servicio ! Y la mala atención del personal que atiende ,deja mucho que desear .
Falta de profesionalismo ante la Dra MVZ
By phone, I made an appointment for a cosmetic service (bath and haircut), and when I arrived at the place they told me that it was not possible to treat my pet, because it was dirty. Terrible service ! And the poor attention of the staff that attends, leaves much to be desired.

Excellent service and quality from Dr. and her collaborators, all very professional. You can make an appointment so you don't have to wait. There is also a stay for your pets in case you need to leave it for a few days. I am very grateful because I saved my cuckoo puppy
