★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al inicio estuve conforme con el servicio que le habían dado a mi perro pero ya un tiempo después noté que habían lastimado su piel porque comenzaba a verse con algunas costras y le molestaba así que tuve que ponerle un cono para que no pudiera lastimarse más de lo que ya estaba.
At the beginning I was satisfied with the service they had given my dog but some time later I noticed that they had hurt his skin because it began to show some scabs and it bothered him so I had to put a cone so that he could not hurt himself more than what that was already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Revisen a sus pequeños cuando salgan de su local, llevé a mi pequeña a que le hicieran la castración el sábado pasado y note un par de días después que en su oreja había un borde pero no me dejaba tocarla. Traté de limpiarla pensando que era suciedad porque le provoco vómito la anestesia pero entonces me di cuenta que parecía una puntada, el día de hoy ya amaneció sin el punto y tiene un corte pequeño en la oreja. Llamé para preguntar que había pasado y la veterinaria se puso a la defensiva, me grito y termino colgando. Se podría entender que mi mascota se pusiera agresiva ante el nerviosismo porque nos dieron cita a las 12 y la intervinieron 3 horas después. Con 11 horas de ayuno!!! No los recomiendo si no tienen formalidad, ni cuidados apropiados y para colmo son groseros ante una reclamación.
