★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia la que tuve ayer en la madrugada. Mi gata fue atacada por unos perros e iba muy lastimada. La llevé a esa clínica porque había visto que hay emergencias. La veterinaria que me contestó, quedó de llegar en 10 minutos después de mi llamada. Pasaron 15 minutos y cuando le llamé de nuevo, contestó despotamente que estaba dormida y que se estaba cambiando para ir a la clínica y todavía se iba a tardar más. Ningún respeto y empatía por los dueños y pacientes que necesitan atención de urgencia. Si no es una clínica de urgencias, no engañen!!!
En cambio en Doctora Cats fue un trato completamente diferente.
Very bad experience that I had yesterday at dawn. My cat was attacked by some dogs and was very hurt. I took her to that clinic because she had seen that there are emergencies. The vet who answered me, came back in 10 minutes after my call. 15 minutes passed and when I called again, she replied that she was asleep and that she was changing to go to the clinic and it was still going to take longer. No respect and empathy for owners and patients who need urgent care. If it is not an emergency clinic, do not cheat!
On the other hand, Dr. Cats was a completely different treatment.

Aquí siempre se le recibió de una manera muy amable y profesional, el servicio es de primera y nunca he tenido ningún problema, además de que la doctora Ferrer siempre fue muy amigable y cumplida ya que una vez, mi perra se enfermo de la garganta y ella venía todos los días a la misma hora a mi casa para inyectarla, lo cual me pareció algo muy especial y un gesto muy bueno de su parte. de verdad uno de los mejores locales veterinarios que conozco. Vale la pena 100%
