★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si dejan gatos internados piénsenlo porque los tienen en jaulas juntas con perros; a mi me sucedió un descuido cuando estaba en visita: dejaron suelto un perro bitpull e intentó morder a mi gatita que estaba muy débil sobre la plancha con suero; afortunadamente solo fue un susto. A causa de esto me quitaron a la gatita de sus medicamentos cuando era un tratamiento urgente; lo cual no me pareció muy responsable. Si recomiendo la atención de la Vet Erika apesar de todo; solo que tome encuenta estas observaciones para que su clinica crezca, tiene los conocimientos para atender a nuestros animales de compañia; solo falta trabajar en retención a sus clientes/pacientes para que nos deje con una mejor experiencia. Les deseo mucho éxito. ?
If you leave cats hospitalized, think about it because they keep them in cages together with dogs; An oversight happened to me when I was visiting: they let a bitpull dog loose and it tried to bite my kitten who was very weak on the iron with serum; luckily it was just a scare. Because of this they took the kitten off her medication when it was an urgent treatment; Which didn't seem very responsible to me. If I recommend the attention of the Vet Erika in spite of everything; only that you take into account these observations so that your clinic grows, you have the knowledge to attend to our pets; The only thing left to do is work on retaining your clients/patients so that they leave us with a better experience. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo dos gatos macho y hembra y siempre me los tratan super bien. Los bañan y cortan las uñas y los dejan muy bien. Ahí llevan todas sus vacunas a tiempo. Excelente servicio, los gatos que cuidan el lugar también muy bellos jaja
I have two male and female cats and they always treat me super well. They bathe them and cut their nails and they leave them very well. There they take all their vaccines on time. Excellent service, the cats that take care of the place are also very beautiful haha
