Pésimo servicio. El veterinario muy grosero y despota. Me trataron muy mal desde que llegué. Amarró a mi perro desde antes que le dijera que tenía, le agarraba su hocico con la mano para callarlo aun a sabiendas que tiene 4 meses y me empujaba cada vez que quería calmar a mi perro. No se los recomiendo para nada

No lleven ahí a sus mascotas, el carnicero Alberto Schiavon es negligente, trata de justificar una mala praxis culpando a la dueña y diciendo que el conejo estaba obeso (si estaba obeso por qué razón lo operó??? A caso no era mejor mandarlo a dieta para castrarlo después???), cualquier intervención es delicada, pero un profesional comentaría antes con la dueña sobre posibles riesgos. Se le hace ver lo lastimado que esta el conejo y admite que lo amarró y que posiblemente lo lastimó, comenta que le inyectará un desinflamatorio y cuando el conejo llega a su casa muere, nuevamente se le hace reclamo y comenta que solo le puso complejo B, posteriormente le marca a la dueña para admitir la culpa y solicitar que ya no se le exhiba... Eso no habla de un profesional sino de alguien a quien no le importa la vida de nadie!!!!!

Si no es MV de exóticos entonces no atienda exóticos. Si piensa que porque en 2 semestre de carrera abrió un conejo, eso lo capacita para atender a uno, esta incorrecto. Es mejor que si no saben hacer las cosas lo digan, es increíble que por querer ganar dinero se atrevan a hacer cosas como las que usted hizo... Amarrar a un conejo para castrarlo, en serio? Sabiendo lo nerviosos y bruscos que pueden ser cuando se sienten incómodos, eso lo sé yo y lo sabe cualquiera que haya tratado con conejos antes. Llega un punto que para los MV la muerte de un paciente es una muerte más, pero se les olvida que quizá para ustedes es solo un paciente, pero para el dueño es parte de su familia. El ofrecer servicios gratis no repone la pérdida de una mascota. Si se siente ofendido por los comentarios, las críticas y las malas calificaciones, recapacite en como se sintió la dueña de ese conejo.
