★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí con mi mascota por un problema en el ojo ( nube), al llegar nos atendieron así de "lejitos" al ver el problema que tenía mi perrita, no le revisaron su ojo solo con verla dieron su diagnóstico en menos de 3 minutos y recetaron unas gotas, al segundo día de usar la gotas mi perrita empeoró, acudí a un hospital de urgencias veterinarias y me dijeron que lo que tenía mi perrita era una úlcera y que antes de recetarme las gotas tuvieron que hacerle una prueba para descartar la úlcera ya que esas gotas que me dieron solo empeoraron el estado de mi mascota, ahora tiene una infección fuerte y se tendrá que retirar el ojo por completo:/ , no culpo a las chicas que se veía que eran estudiantes y solo hacían los que el MVZ les decía, esa fue mi experiencia espero no les pase lo mismo que a mí :/ ....
I went with my pet for an eye problem (cloud), when we arrived they treated us that "far away" when they saw the problem my dog had, they did not check her eye just by seeing her they gave her diagnosis in less than 3 minutes and prescribed a few drops, the second day of using the drops my dog got worse, I went to a veterinary emergency hospital and they told me that what my dog had was an ulcer and that before prescribing the drops they had to do a test to rule out the ulcer already that those drops that they gave me only worsened the condition of my pet, now he has a strong infection and the eye will have to be completely removed:/, I don't blame the girls who looked like they were students and only did what the MVZ told them I said, that was my experience, I hope the same thing doesn't happen to me:/ ....
