★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me retrasaron un mes la segunda vacuna quíntuple de mi perrito de 3 meses cuando ya investigando, se hace a los 15 días y hoy que fui porque le tocaba su desparasitación, estaba cerrado. Fui como 12:30 PM cuando el horario dice que abren a las 11. Marqué y tampoco contestaron.

En julio de 2020 estuve llevando a sus citas a mi gatito porque enfermó, yo seguía todos los pasos al pie de la letra, pero tuvo una recaída. Volví a ir al día que me indicaron, pero estaban en cirugía, entonces la doctora nos atendió de una manera negligente en la sala de espera, yo no dije nada porque sabía la situación y mi gato era muy nervioso, así que acepté que lo atendieran. Le tocó parte de su pecho y me dijo que era un problema hepático porque sentía una bolita que a él le dolía, dijo que le inyectaría tres veces; así fue, lo inyectó las tres veces, nos vendió latas de comida y en un lapso no más de 3 minutos mi gatito se empezó a poner raro, jadeaba de mucho calor y ella dijo que era normal. Pues regrese a casa dentro de los 10 minutos, nos bajamos del carro y mi gatito que estaba bien antes de llevarlo sufrió un paro cardíaco. Claramente fueron las tres inyecciones que le pusieron, y mientras sufrió el paro, no sabía cómo reaccionar e hice videollamada con los doctores para que me dijeran cómo actuar NUNCA CONTESTARON, regresamos rápido, pero ya era tarde, no sirvió l reanimación y la doctora me dice antes que nada que NO fueron las inyecciones. Por favor, pidan más estudios, pregúntenles todo, que este error que tuvieron con mi bebé no les cueste más vidas, yo pude perdonar la situación, pero fue para sanar la perdida. Hasta ahora voy recuperándome, él era el amor de mi vida y me dolió mucho que de un día a otro ya no estuviera.
Tengo una perrita de 13 años recién cumplidos, a quien en una ocasión le pusieron dos inyecciones similares a sus 12 años, le pregunté a ese doctor si sí era correcto, porque la última vez cobraron con la vida de mi gatito. Él me explicó que a los felinos no se les ponía ese tipo de inyecciones porque son muchas veces alérgicos, entonces, tienen que poner otra para evitar el paro respiratorio que les puede dar. Ya habían pasado unos pocos meses, mi bebé ya estaba descansando y era más difícil poder hacerle la necropsia. Fue negligencia, y no metí demanda porque yo estaba ahogada de dolor que no tuve cabeza para pensar. Yo no tengo duda que sean buenos doctores, sobre todo el doctor hombre, pero cuestiónenles todo, pídanles más estudios para evitar estas situaciones. Muchas veces queda impune porque los animalitos no se les da la dignidad que merecen como seres vivos.
Cuíden a sus hijitos, ármenlos mucho, denles mil abrazos porque un día a otro pueden sufrir estas situaciones que jamás se tienen previstas, y por lo mismo, es más difícil actuar.

Well come home in 10 minutes, we got out of the car and my kitten who was fine before taking him suffered cardiac arrest. Clearly it was the three injections that they gave him, and while he suffered the arrest, he did not know how to react and I made a video call with the doctors to tell me how to act THEY NEVER ANSWERED, we returned quickly, but it was too late, the resuscitation did not work and the doctor It says first of all that it was NOT the injections. Please, ask for more studies, ask them everything, that this mistake they had with my baby does not cost them more lives, I could forgive the situation, but it was to heal the loss. So far I am recovering, he was the love of my life and it hurt me a lot that from one day to the next he was gone.
