Regresó muy lastimado e irritado por todos lados, quedando muchas costritas de sangre, todo el día se la pasa temblando y muy nervioso, también muy inquieto por las noches y esto jamás había pasado, ya lleva así 5 días. De la otra veterinaria jamás ha regresado lastimado ni nervioso. Por favor, si quieren llevar a sus mascotas tengan mucho cuidado. Me atendían, me decían algo y luego se iban un largo rato. La atención con mi perrita fue muy humana y atenta, solo que estaban tan ocupados que incluso no me dieron la medicina completa ni me lo mencionaron. Así que termine buscando una segunda opinión sobre mi mascota y ahora está bien. Estuvo bien su diagnóstico pero no fue completo. I was unfortunate that all the vets were busy with surgery, so even though they treated me at the same time, it took too long. They would attend to me, say something to me and then leave for a long time. The attention with my dog was very human and attentive, only they were so busy that they did not even give me the full medicine or mention it to me. So I ended up getting a second opinion on my pet and now he's fine. His diagnosis was good but it was not complete.

TODOS son súper amable, empáticos y muy cariñosos con las mascotas. Te venden lo que es y no más de lo que necesitas. Todos los doctores, enfermeros y el personal son super profesionales y eso es lo que más vale la pena. Además siempre están atentos cuando la mascota se queda en el hospital. El lugar es super limpio, está bien cuidado, es seguro y tiene variedad de productos y servicios. El servicio de emergencias es 24 horas por lo que es un plus. No le doy 10 estrellas porque no se puede. This vet is my favorite. The prices are a bit high but it is one hundred percent worth it and you pay fair for what they offer. EVERYONE is super friendly, empathetic and very affectionate with pets. They sell you what it is and no more than what you need. All the doctors, nurses and staff are super professional and that's what pays off the most. They are also always attentive when the pet stays in the hospital. The place is super clean, well cared for, safe and has a variety of products and services. The emergency service is 24 hours a day so it is a plus. I don't give it 10 stars because you can't.

Todo estaba bien cuando estaba el Dr Guillermo, y ahorita que está el Dr César, sin embargo, los otros médicos que tienen no saben ni tienen la menor idea de cómo abordar un caso, ni mucho menos diagnosticar ni emitir un tratamiento. Si es que van, hay que dirigirse con el Dr César, los demás no los recomiendo para nada. Zero recommended, they did not know how to diagnose my puppy with an endocrine disease that had it for a long time, being that in another place it was so easier for them with only two studies and their review. Everything was fine when Dr Guillermo was there, and now there is Dr César, however, the other doctors they have do not know or have the slightest idea of how to approach a case, much less diagnose or issue a treatment. Yo interné a mi mascota, la dieron de alta al día siguiente peor de cómo entro. Y murió al día siguiente. Solamente me sacaron mucho dinero por no hacer nada. En respuesta a ustedes, fue internada el jueves 2 de abril del 2020. Terrible service. They have no idea what disease the patient has. I hospitalized my pet, they discharged her the next day worse than how she got in. And he died the next day. They just took a lot of money from me for doing nothing.
