★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi perrita porque la piso un caballo, el doctor no la reviso, solo la anestesio, vendo y me dio medicamentos y por eso me cobró 3 mil pesos además de que se reuso a darle revisiones posteriores porque habíamos quedado en otra fecha siendo que mi perrita necesitaba las revisiones

Llevé a mi gato ayer por un problema que resultó ser respiratorio según su diagnóstico. Al finalizar su consulta super express me indicó que dependiendo cómo lo revisara al otro día veríamos si necesitaba desparasitante para amebas. Cuando volví estaba alguien más, aparentemente su esposa; le expliqué lo que había pasado el día anterior a la señora, y le marcó al Dr Palestino. El Dr ni preguntó cómo se encontraba mi gato y la señora ni lo revisó; solamente me dio el seguimiento del medicamento anterior y le quiso administrar un desparasitante diferente al que me había dicho el anterior. Al hacerle la observación a la señora, ella solamente me contestaba como si estuviera tonto y no tuviera idea sin siquiera darme explicaciones.
Eso sí. Me cobraron el medicamento de ese día el doble de como me lo habían cobrado la primera vez que lo llevé (dos semanas antes de eso, cuando ni siquiera había subido ni medio kg).

When I made the observation to the lady, she only answered me as if I were stupid and had no idea without even giving me explanations.
Yes, They charged me that day's medication twice as much as they had charged me the first time I took it (two weeks before that, when I had not even raised half a kg).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio un poco antihigienico y muy caro, no sé si abuso porque no eramos de atlixco íbamos solo de vacaciones y mi perrito se accidentó, de emergencia encontramos ese lugar pero si nos cobro casi 2000 pesos por el servicio de suturar una herida de 1 cm. Ni modo tuvimos que acceder pero ya su recuperación la llevo con su veterinario de siempre.
