I put 4 stars for what they are. Very good, human and professional. but on the part of the veterinarian his very horrible customer service, :( he made me feel like he gave me his service, he gave me no explanations, his wife is totally different

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi cachorro por qué estaba enfermo pero los doctotores no lo querían agarrar ni hacerle un chequeo previo y me mandaron a hacerle un ultrasonido por qué según se avía comido un pedazo de plástico y lo tenía atorado y fui a otra veterinaria y solo era una gastroenteritis
I took my puppy because he was sick but the doctors did not want to take him or do a previous check-up and they sent me to do an ultrasound why he had eaten a piece of plastic and had it stuck and I went to another veterinarian and it was only one stomach flu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eso me pasa por no leer las referencias previas de que el doctor atiende de mala gana. No hay una exploración de su parte, toma de peso, ni talla. Hay lugares donde el trato es tierno y amoroso con mis mascotas y se agradece, cosa que aquí no encontrarás, pero se agradecería cordialidad ya que no es un servicio gratuito. Si no tienen vocación, no entiendo para que dedicarse a esto.
That happens to me for not reading the previous references that the doctor attends reluctantly. There is no exploration of your part, weight gain, or size. There are places where the treatment is tender and loving with my pets and it is appreciated, something that you will not find here, but cordiality would be appreciated since it is not a free service. If they don't have a vocation, I don't understand why they dedicate themselves to this.
