V	Valdez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dice que es servicio de 24 hrs pero cuando llamé a las 11 pm para preguntar si tenía servicio, sólo me preguntó sin contestarme "¿que trae?" Le dije que mi gato respiraba raro, estaba en tratamiento por mastitis y me dijo que ya se estaba muriendo. Le volví a preguntar "tiene servicio o no para mejor seguir buscando una veterinaria de 24 hrs" me contestó "pues sigale" y por cierto mi gato no estaba muriendo sólo le dolía. Primero, al llegar tener que esperar 10 minutos tocando el timbre, claro, pueden estar ocupados pero cuando menos un "ahi voy". Segundo, la actitud de las señoritas fue muy condescendiente, entiendo que todos tengamos dias malos pero su trabajo es la industria del servicio, cosa que parece que no les enseñaron. No dejé a mis mascotas aqui debido a que me puse a pensar que si asi tratan al cliente que paga, no quiero ni pensar como lo haran con un animalito indefenso que no puede expresarse. En fin, lamentablemente para este negocio, su primera línea de atención es mala y dada esa percepción, jamas regresaré. Ahora volví a marcar y me dieron un costo muchísimo mas elevado que el de hace un año. Lo mismo pasó con la compra de las croquetas, mi mamá las compró en una promoción, cuando volvió a ir aún estaba la promoción pero con otro precio más elevado. No tienen buena comunicación con los que se quedan de responsables para brindar la dicha información. Del trato y el servicio no me quejo, es muy bueno, casi excelente.
