★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue mala por la siguiente razón. Lleve a mi perro y el doctor le diagnosticó una infección pulmonar y le inyectó medicamentos para desinflamar las vías respiratorias u sacar flemas. Lo llevamos de nuevo al siguiente día y diagnósticó lo mismo, le inyectó de nuevo varias cosas y le dió algo para el estómago que según él era un milagro. El perro no mejoró y decidimos llevarlo ese mismo día a la CDMX a urgencias. Solo bastaron 30 segundos para que vieran que algo estaba mal y operaron a mi perro porque tenía obstruido el intestino por un objeto extraño y un hueso, además le detectaron un soplo en el corazón. Si no hubiera llevado a mi perro a urgencias habría muerto. No recomiendo esta veterinaria.
My experience was bad for the following reason. I took my dog and the doctor diagnosed him with a lung infection and injected him with medication to deflate the airways or remove phlegm. We took him back the next day and he diagnosed the same thing, injected him again with various things and gave him something for his stomach that according to him was a miracle. The dog did not improve and we decided to take him that same day to the CDMX to the emergency room. It only took 30 seconds for them to see that something was wrong and they operated on my dog because his intestine was obstructed by a foreign object and a bone, and they also detected a heart murmur. If I hadn't taken my dog to the ER he would have died. I do not recommend this vet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resulta difícil ser objetivo cuando uno es afectado, lo diré de esta forma, cobran mucho por un pésimo servicio. Si amas los animales busca otro lugar.
It's hard to be objective when you're affected, I'll put it this way, they charge a lot for lousy service. If you love animals look elsewhere.

Solo quería preguntar por una consulta y wow demasiada pedantería me obligó a salir de ahí.
Encontré otra en prolongación Encino. Totalmente diferente.
Pero aquí en Pro plan simplemente deberían dedicarse a otra cosa que no requiera contacto con humanos.
Rather my rating would be 0 stars but there is no such option. Attention is bad not to say rude.
I just wanted to ask for a query and wow too much pedantry forced me out of there.
I found another in Encino extension. Totally different.
But here at Pro plan they should just do something else that doesn't require human contact.
