★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían de decir a los dueños de los perros que no haya contacto directo con los otros que están esperando la consulta, estuve esperando como por 40 minutos a que le pusieran su otra vacuna a mi perrita y un perro saliendo de consulta se acerca a la mía, en eso sale la veterinaria diciendo que ya no la pueden vacunar porque tuvo contacto con un posible caso de moquillo y que hasta dentro de 15 días la podía volver a llevar, pregunté por algún medicamento o qué otra cosa hacer y nomás no hubo respuesta y habrá que buscar otra opción.
Siempre hay una excelente atención por parte de Claudia, pero por parte de las otras veterinarias nomás no da ya que me había pasado con mi otro perro que por mal diagnóstico murió, ahora había decidido darle otra oportunidad con esta perrita pero nomás no :(
They should tell the owners of the dogs that there is no direct contact with the others who are waiting for the consultation, I was waiting for about 40 minutes for them to give my dog her other vaccine and a dog coming out of the consultation approaches mine , in that the veterinarian comes out saying that they can no longer vaccinate her because she had contact with a possible case of distemper and that she could take her again in 15 days, I asked for some medicine or what else to do and there was just no answer and will have to find another option.
There is always excellent attention from Claudia, but from the other veterinarians it just doesn't matter since it had happened to me with my other dog that died due to a misdiagnosis, now I had decided to give it another chance with this dog but just no :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dan información clara sobre la atención a los animalitos, nos citaron a las 3:30 el domingo para esterilizar a mis gatos. Y si los atendieron muy bien. Pero llegaron en la rallita. Después de mi llegó otra señora con otro gato y ya no la atendieron porque habían saturado los espacios. Desde las 3 de la tarde reciben pero a nosotros y al menos a la señora nos citaron a las 3:30. En fin la mujer se fue muy enojada sin que le dieran una solución válida.
They do not give clear information about the care of the animals, they summoned us at 3:30 on Sunday to sterilize my cats. And if they were treated very well. But they arrived in the ralita. After me another lady arrived with another cat and they no longer attended her because they had saturated the spaces.
