★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy agradable el personal, te atienden de muy buena gana y contestaron todas mis dudas que son muchas de forma muy honesta y franca, precios muy accesibles y buena variedad de medicamentos y productos básicos para mascotas. Sólo no me parece bien los animalitos en jaulas reducidas y los pajarillos todo el día fuera con las temperaturas infernales de torreón. No recomendable para consulta de aves. Horario 24 horas.
Very nice staff, they attend you very willingly and answered all my doubts that there are many in a very honest and frank way, very affordable prices and good variety of medicines and basic products for pets. I just don't like small animals in small cages and little birds all day outside with the hellish temperatures of Torreon. Not recommended for bird consultation. 24 hour schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo años llevando a mi pequeña Kler ahí y la última vez enfermo, la atención fue super rápida a pesar que era domingo y ya estaban por cerrar. La calidad humana y amor hacia sus pacientitos valen oro.
I have been taking my little Kler there for years and the last time she was ill, the attention was super fast even though it was Sunday and they were about to close. The human quality and love for their patients are worth gold.

Lleve al perro lastimado y me dijeron que le tomará una radiografía y le dijimos bueno vamos a que se la tomen, y nos cobró 100 disque de consulta oseaa cual consulta? Si no le hizo nada ni nos dijo nada... Que mal ! Se hizo un total abuso. No vuelvo ahí.
They charged me 100 pesos just to enter !! I took the injured dog and they told me that he would take an X-ray and we said okay, let's have it taken, and he charged us 100 consultation dial, so which consultation? If he didn't do anything or tell us anything ... Too bad! It was a total abuse. I'm not going back there.
