★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace tiempo lleve mi gatito que estaba triste el cual totavia podía ponerse de pie por sí mismo y caminaba.
Lo inyectaron, anestesiaron, bañaron y no volvió a pararse. Al día siguiente lo lleve a animal care pero ya no pudieron hacer nada, dijeron que murió de hipotermia.
En resumen mataron a mi gatito con el baño, si quieren a sus mascotas y tienen el dinero vayan a otro lugar aunque paguen más.
 A long time ago I took my kitten that was sad which totavia could stand up by itself and walk.
They injected him, anesthetized him, bathed him, and he never stood up again. The next day I took him to animal care but they couldn't do anything anymore, they said he died of hypothermia.
In short, they killed my kitten with the bathroom, if you love your pets and have the money, go somewhere else even if you pay more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez que llevé a mi perrita se puso muy agresiva, le tuvieron mucha paciencia y la trataron muy bien, pero no cooperó y si le tuvieron que dar calmantes. Me la entregaron muy limpia y estuvo adormilada varias horas pero se fue a dormir a su camita y cuando despertó como si nada. Me preocupaba que no me la fueran a volver a recibir por los problemas que dió, pero no, siempre me la reciben con una sonrisa:)
The first time I took my dog, she became very aggressive, they were very patient with her and treated her very well, but she did not cooperate and they did have to give her painkillers. They gave her to me very clean and she was asleep for several hours but she went to sleep in her little bed and when she woke up as if nothing had happened. I was worried that they would not receive it again because of the problems it gave, but no, they always receive it with a smile :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general, nunca he tenido problemas al llevar a mis gatitos, siempre han recibido muy buena atención y cuando los llevo por cuestiones de salud el doctor siempre ha dado buen diagnostico. En ocasiones el doctor no está pero la espera es muy corta.
In general, I have never had problems taking my kittens, they have always received very good care and when I take them for health reasons the doctor has always given a good diagnosis. Sometimes the doctor is not there but the wait is very short.
