★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejó morir a mi gata. La tenía en pésimas condiciones, dentro de una jaula llena de excremento, orín, sangre y vómito. Quizá el doctor esté bien preparado, pero no está presente la mayor parte del día. Sus ayudantes son incompetentes y ajenos al sufrimiento de los animalitos.
Fue la primera y la última vez que voy con él.
He let my cat die. He had it in terrible condition, inside a cage full of excrement, urine, blood and vomit. The doctor may be well prepared, but he is not present most of the day. His assistants are incompetent and oblivious to the suffering of the animals.
It was the first and last time I go with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes era un muy buen veterinario cuando se le veía que ponía su profesión por delante, Ahora ya solo ve por el $. Nos recomendó internar a mi perrito para que estuviera en "observación" y se fue de vacaciones y nunca nos aviso que no estaría, dejando a sus ayudantes que son chavos totalmente inexpertos, morir a mi perrito, hubiéramos tomado otras medidas de haber sabido.Falta total de ética y profesionalismo, nunca nos avisaron que ya había muerto hasta q fuimos para revisar ya que nos daban puras largas , nos lo entregaron ya con muchas horas de haber fallecido. Lástima, las personas aveces dejamos ir nuestra misión y pasión por un por un par de billetes. Total solo hubieran sido honestos y ya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio post cirugía, lleve a mi mascota a esterilizar y no me dieron instrucciones de cuidado ni medicamento o receta, lo que ocasionó que se infectara su cirugía, cuando le marque al veterinario me envío varias veces a buzón. Cuando me contestan en el local me dicen que está de VACACIONES pero que ellos iban a contactarlo y devolverme la llamada, cosa que nunca hicieron. El asistente no tiene idea de lo que tiene que hacer y no me supieron dar razón, termine llevando a mi mascota a otra veterinaria a que la volvieran a operar. PIENSEN BIEN antes de llevar a sus mascotas aquí por que SOLO VE POR EL DINERO. Hay mucha falta de ética profesional.
Poor post-surgery service, take my pet to sterilize and they did not give me care instructions or medicine or prescription, which caused their surgery to become infected, when I checked the veterinarian sent me several times to the mailbox. When they answer me in the room they tell me that they are on HOLIDAY but that they were going to contact him and return the call, which they never did. The assistant has no idea what to do and they could not give me a reason, I ended up taking my pet to another veterinarian to be operated again. THINK WELL before taking your pets here because they ONLY SEE FOR THE MONEY. There is a great lack of professional ethics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos atendió el Dr. Javier, desde la primera consulta hasta el día que llevamos a nuestra mascota a que diera su último aliento con profesionalismo, amabilidad y aclarando todas las dudas, incluso explica detalladamente los problemas y nos orientó sobre datos de alarma, nos acompañó el último momento respetando nuestro dolor. Gracias por ser un excelente médico y ser humano. No duden en acudir a su veterinaria.
Dr. Javier attended us, from the first consultation until the day we took our pet to give his last breath with professionalism, kindness and clarifying all doubts, he even explained the problems in detail and guided us on alarm data, he accompanied us the last moment respecting our pain. Thank you for being an excellent doctor and human being. Do not hesitate to go to your veterinarian.
