★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar ideal para atender a tus mascotas, muy atentos, amables y tienen todo lo necesario para cuidar y consentir. Llevé a mi perrita a que me la durmieran, fueron muy empaticos y amables, la trataron con respeto y cuidado. Sin duda los recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUY MAL en la consulta atendió a mi perrita una prácticante y NO el veterinario a cargo lo cual obviamente no me dio confíanza y mucho menos ganas de volver con mi mascota, salí casi llorando de la angustia, pero no me quedo de otra ya que era una urgencia. Llegue ahí porque está a la vuelta de mi casa (acabo de llegar a Querétaro hace 4 días) y sin saber a dónde acudir pues llegue ahí esperando un servicio profesional...por todos los estudios que ahí hacen supuse que era sería un servicio profesional....
A la respuesta del propietario: "entonces no entiendo porque la veterinaria titulada, le hablo al doctor que estaba en ese momento, Y salió a preguntarle si se podían combinar el medicamento que mi mascota estaba tomando con lo que ella le iba a aplicar?... No tiene que ver si es joven o no la veterinaria estoy hablando de experiencia y profesionalismo.
VERY BAD in the consultation an intern attended my dog and NOT the veterinarian in charge which obviously did not give me confidence and much less desire to return with my pet, I left almost crying from anguish, but I had no other choice since it was an urgency. I got there because it's just around the corner from my house (I just got to Querétaro 4 days ago) and not knowing where to go, so I got there expecting a professional service...for all the studies they do there, I assumed it was a professional service. ....
To the owner's response: "Then I don't understand why the qualified veterinarian spoke to the doctor who was there at the time, and he came out to ask if they could combine the medicine that my pet was taking with what she was going to apply to it? .. It doesn't matter if the vet is young or not, I'm talking about experience and professionalism.
