Esterilizaron a mi gata y una auxiliar nos dijo que fuéramos en 5 días, al llegar la revisó y le empezó a quitar los puntos, le vio una bolita y empezó a aplanarle la herida con las manos sin guantes ni nada y a sacarle lo que tenía adentro (líquido) sin anestesia, la gata estaba temblando, le limpió con una toalla de papel que se estaba desmoronando en la herida. Mi hija empezó a llorar al ver su poca delicadeza y como temblaba la gata. El veterinario vio lo que pasaba y dijo que no debería retirarle los puntos, como que no tienen control de las fechas. La tuvo que volver a dormir y a cerrar. Lo que si vi también fue el interés de esa muchacha por venderme desparasitantes, pomadas para infecciones y demás, no el interés por no lastimar a mi mascota, ya no la llevé me la llevé a atender a otra parte. No lo recomiendo :(

My daughter began to cry when she saw her little delicacy and how the cat was trembling. The vet saw what was happening and said that he should not remove the stitches, as they do not have control of the dates. He had to go back to sleep and close it. What I did see was also that girl's interest in selling me dewormers, ointments for infections and so on, not the interest in not hurting my pet, I no longer took her, I took her to attend another part. I do not recommend it :(
