★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO RECOMENDABLE, me llaman para decirme que ya esperan a mi gato para esterilizar y cuando llego me cancelan en ese momento, que la veterinaria esta en no sé donde y no va a llegar, se quieren escusar diciendo que ya antes lo había programado, lo cual ni era cierto. Trato poco profesional e informal, hay otros veterinarios cerca que si tienen palabra y son formales en sus citas.
NOT RECOMMENDED, they call me to tell me that they are waiting for my cat to be sterilized and when I arrive they cancel me at that moment, that the vet is in I don't know where and it won't arrive, they want to excuse themselves by saying that they had already scheduled it before, which was not true. Unprofessional and informal treatment, there are other veterinarians nearby who do have their word and are formal in their appointments.
