★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atencion inmejorable, el Dr Aldo recibio a nuestra perrita domingo 9 de la noche con un sangrado y en mal estado, fue muy claro en el diagnostico y procedimiento a seguir, durante la noche siempre nos mantuvo informados sobre el resultado de la cirugia y la evolución, ahorita la nuestra perrita ya esta en casa y le toca recupersrse, dimos con el por la necesidad de un veterinario de emergencias pero ya tiene nuevos clientes fijos, ?, saludos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin conocerme a pesar de que tenía su servicio de 24hrs saturado, él a distancia me indicó que hacer con mi perrita para que mejorara y la verdad es que le agradezco muchísimo todas las indicaciones que me dio y el seguimiento que tuvo para conmigo al día siguiente donde no dejaba de escribir para preguntar como seguía mi cachorrita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esto es más una opinión muy personal. La atención no es mala y los chicos amables. Solo no me podía quitar la sensación de que a los chicos les falta un poquito más de experiencia (ejemplos de ello cómo estar trabajando a oscuras o con poca luz al realizar ultrasonidos o hacer revisiones)
Tal vez en algún futuro, les dé otra oportunidad.
This is more of a very personal opinion. The attention is not bad and the boys are friendly. I just couldn't shake the feeling that the boys lack a little more experience (examples of this being working in the dark or in low light when performing ultrasounds or doing reviews)
Maybe in some future, I will give them another chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad di con este veterinario por las buenas calificaciones que tiene aquí, y se las merecen.
Mi gatita se rompió una pata, fui y mi gatita de inmediato le tuvo confianza y se dejó revisar como si nada sin rechistar (lo cual es raro porque usualmente es uraña). El doctor me explico a detalle qué tenía y cuáles eran las opciones de curación, las ventajas y desventajas de cada opción y las secuelas que tendrían en su patita cada opción. Seguí su consejo y era paciente conmigo y mis paranoias que tenía a como la nena estaba reaccionando o a qué se le caía el yeso y busco la forma de tener su patita estática para que se recuperará.
Ahora ya anda bien y volvió a ser la nena de siempre solo un poco más consentida.
También cuando fui a consulta siempre había algún perrito o gatito y ninguno le tenía miedo o algo así todos los animales le tenían confianza eso me dio confianza a mi, porque me ha tocado ver animales que se asustan feo con los veterinarios y con él no.
Yo lo recomiendo sinceramente.

Also when I went to the office there was always a puppy or kitten and none were afraid of it or something like that. All the animals were confident that gave me confidence, because I had to see animals that are scared ugly with veterinarians and not with him.
