★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tienen un mal trato con los animales y son súper groseros y altaneros con los clientes. Llevé a mi perrita a que la bañaran y me dijeron que ellos me marcaban cuando estuviera lista, pasó 1 hora y media y se me hizo mucho tiempo, fuí y cuando iba pasando por la parte de la estética, me la tenían encerrada en la jaula?fui a ver qué pasaba y me dijeron que ya la habían “cepillado y lavado las orejas”, pero era mentira, ni siquiera le habían quitado su correa… y aunque hubiera sido verdad, ¿1 hora y media para cepillar y lavar orejas??? No estaban haciendo nada! Sólo la tenían ahí sola y encerrada, mientras ellos muy a gusto sentados, reclamé y cuando me la tuvieron lista, el disque “veterinario” súper altanero y grosero, todavía que dan un mal servicio y te dicen mentiras se ponen agresivos con los clientes, jamás volvería a llevar por nada del mundo ahí a mi perrita, de verdad no tengan este lugar ni como opción, van a quedar súper insatisfechos y si reclaman se van a poner de groseros con ustedes! PÉSIMO TRATO, NO LO RECOMIENDO NADA.
Terrible service, they have a bad treatment with animals and are super rude and haughty with customers. I took my dog to be bathed and they told me that they would mark me when I was ready, 1 hour and a half passed and it took me a long time, I went and when I was going through the aesthetics part, they kept her locked up in the cage ?I went to see what happened and they told me that they had already "brushed and washed her ears", but it was a lie, they had not even removed her strap ... and even if it had been true, 1 hour and a half to brush and wash her ears? ?? They weren't doing anything! They only had her there alone and locked up, while they were very comfortable sitting down, I complained and when they had it ready for me, the super haughty and rude "veterinarian" dial, they still give a bad service and tell you lies they get aggressive with customers I would never take my dog there again for anything in the world, really don't have this place or as an option, they will be super dissatisfied and if they claim they will be rude to you! BAD TREATMENT, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.
