Our rescue uses this vet and they take such good care of all our dogs. They are willing to communicate with adopters in Vancouver after they fly from Puerto Vallarta. Our dogs are very special to us and we are grateful for the care they give our dogs

Excellent service and very reasonable prices. My small 10 lb dog got nipped by a scorpion. Ran him immediately to this place and they took him right to an exam room and gave him what he needed. I am a USA expat and could not be happier.

Quality care for your pets. Low prices and usually no long waits. English is spoken by a couple of staff. All are very caring. Just remember your pet's issues and what was done because no records are kept. Heard amazing things about major recovery for pet. Holistic medicine available.

Felix's new veterinarian and team are wonderful: caring, effective, highly competent, professional, and warm-hearted. They provide efficient walk-in services and appointments for surgeries and other procedures. Note that Monday mornings are crowded with walk-ins, but you'll be in and out in a flash if you wait until 10a or so or go at any other time & day. They helped Felix with a nasty infected wound just below his eye, sustained while fighting off an intruder, and now I can barely see the scar two months later. I've also visited the office with a couple of homeless cats to get them ready for adoption: one is already happy and healthy with her new family, and the other is currently under their care. As a Vallarta-area newcomer who is learning Spanish, I especially appreciate both the fact that several of the team members speak excellent English and also that the veterinarian himself is willing to act out words in Spanish that I do not understand, which is how I added "cojear" and "la mordida" to my growing vocabulary :-D <3

Being going here for years . Usually only have to wait 10 or 15 minutes . Some of the other vets now tell you to make an appointment in Vallarta , which doesn't work for me. Only thing I struggle with is emergency out of hours service which is practically no exsistent do I give them 4 stars.
