Es muy déspota, egocéntrica, avara y grosera. En cambio el Doctor es muy bueno y comprensivo y todo el equipo se trabajo es muy humano, el único defecto es la dueña que no deja de intervenir ni realizar unos buenos procedimientos veterinarios (ya que ella no estudio veterinaria y en su cabeza se cree una y la mejor, expresándose de ella misma como"la punta de lanza de todas las veterinarias de Sonora", tomando decisiones antisépticas, antieticas e irresponsables con los animales). Y al final de cuentas quien termina haciéndo lo que quiera con los pacientes es la dueña, que no deja actuar al doctor con su actitud arrogante, porque ni médico de guardia hay para los pacientes hospitalizados, aunado a que ella misma ve a los animalitos gritar y convulsionar y no les da alguna sedación, simplemente porque es ignorante de los asuntos médicos y no tiene criterio y etica médica, solo le interesa vender sus medicamentos (que son súper costosos) de nanopartículas de plata. El peor lugar para llevar a tu perro si tiene parvovirus o distemper(moquillo). Te venden falsas ilusiones, cual curandero pueblerino. Los hamsters amontonados y sus cajas me parecieron sucias, los gatitos negros con sus ojos todos engañosos además de ser pequeño el lugar en el que están. Tache para este lugar ni que decir de los precios que para la atención casi nula que le dieron a mi perrito en su primera visita y la señora del mostrador más margara que nada ?
