★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevamos a nuestro gatito ahí hace como un mes aproximadamente,porque no podía orinar,lo sondearon y al parecer al quitarle la sonda todo iba bien,realmente no sabemos que le daba de medicamento y mucho menos sabíamos de que tipo de anestecia le ponían porque una vez que lo anesteciaron se puso muy mal.
Una vez mi familiar le pido que si se le podía sacar un estudio para saber la magnitud del problema y se nego,se molesto y fue muy prepotente con su respuesta.
A los pocos días decidimos volver a ir y dijo que mi gatito "ya estaba bien" diciendo "Ya ven y ustedes que querían gastar de más si ya esta mejor" lo dijo de una manera burlona.Al no ver mejoría decidimos ya no llevarlo ahí. Siendo el causante de una artrofia a mi gato.
No puedo creer que siendo "profecionales" no se tomen a la tarea de diagnosticar,dar medicamento adecuado y negarse al derecho de brindar estudios para saber la magnitud del problema.
Por esta mala prática mi gatito esta siendo la consecuencias.
Aparte de mala praxis anti-higiénico,se supone que deben tener todo limpio y ni eso.
We took our kitten there about a month ago, because he could not urinate, they probed it and apparently when he removed the tube everything was going well, we really do not know what he gave him of medication and much less did we know what type of anesthesia he was given because Once they anesthetized him, he got really bad.
Once my relative asked him that if he could get a study to find out the magnitude of the problem and he refused, he was upset and was very arrogant with his response.
A few days later we decided to go again and he said that my kitten "was already well" saying "You see and you who wanted to spend too much if you are already better" he said it in a mocking way. When we saw no improvement we decided not to take him there anymore . Being the cause of an arthrophy to my cat.
I cannot believe that being "professional" they do not take on the task of diagnosing, giving adequate medication and refusing the right to provide studies to know the magnitude of the problem.
For this bad practice my kitty is being the consequences.
Apart from anti-hygienic malpractice, they are supposed to have everything clean and not even that.

Su clínica muy completa y limpia, tienen todo para atender en el momento y siempre están disponibles para ayudar aunque estén ocupados se hacen espacio. Además buenos precios.
