★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se complicó la salud de mi perrito. (deficiencia renal y perdió la vista repentinamente) Me preocupo mucho y no sabía que hacer. Tras una serie de acontecimientos. Me mandaron a esta clínica. La doctora con una gran calidez humana. Atendió a mi mascota con mucho interés y gran paciencia. Aún está dentro de la crisis mi perrito.(se tiene que ir con tiento) pero dentro de su gravedad ya se va levantando.
De verdad me dió mucha confianza.

Además me ha ayudado con casos bien complicados, como Güera, una pit que venía embarazada y mi esposo y yo rescatamos de la calle, desgraciadamente tenía problemas de alergias, y desarrolló cáncer en la piel, sin contar que con el pasado que tuvo venía con muchos traumas y comportamientos muy complicados, como su coprofagia, en lo personal ha sido de los casos más complicados que he visto en rescates, pero la dra. Katty fue un gran apoyo, con sus diagnósticos muy acertados, tratamiento oportuno y buena mano para operar pudimos darle la mejor calidad de vida posible a Güera. Actualmente con Manchas (hija de Güera y que heredó sus alergias) hemos trabajado en prevenir que desarrolle cáncer de piel, gracias a la dra. hemos podido darle los cuidados necesarios para controlar sus alergias, y a sus 9 años no ha desarrollado cáncer, en general está sana y feliz ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi perrita una ocasión y sufría de infección renal al examinarla solo le dió inyecciones para controlar el dolor pero no ví mejoría la temperatura no cedía y continuaba mal solo por qué la veterinaria no supo que tipo de mal tenía me explico que teníamos que realizar exámenes de cierto tipo para darle tratamiento mi desesperación no aguanto más y al regresar de trabajar temprano me fui con otra veterinaria que está en San Blas esquina mazatlán ahí ella si supo de inmediato lo que estaba mal dandole el proceso correcto si es cara pero con mucha certeza y profesionalismo la recomiendo al final mi mascota se recuperó al 100% y gracias a la doctora Yelena confío en su trabajo no solo por su labor tiene experiencia en casos complicados y yo como cliente en ese momento no tenía el dinero completo me dió la oportunidad de pagarle con pagos que cubrieran en su totalidad yo como responsable me comprometí a pagarle y no me cabe duda de un ser tan humano con los animalitos que la estimo y respeto .
