Relying on all the recommendations, I took my puppy for a consultation, first they didn't know what he had but it was probably parvovirus, they had to do a blood test but the safest thing was that he had to stay hospitalized, they did the test, they charged me $500 per exam and for two injections (one for vomiting and one for pain), we return for the results two hours later and it turns out that there is no sure diagnosis but it is still "presumably" parvovirus (I assumed that with the test they were going to give me a 100% sure diagnosis and no)... I told him that I couldn't leave him in the hospital because we were far from where he lived and I took him urgently, that if it could be treated with medication and they said yes, they charged me for 4 medications and an injection that raise defenses ($600) and it turns out that my puppy NEVER got better, today I take him to see another vet and he tells me that there are no antibiotics among the medications they gave me, that they were pure palliatives, that the blood test was not required and the hospitalization ion was NOT necessary either, he injected the antibiotic for $100 and my puppy is finally eating. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU HAVE THE THOUSANDS TO SPEND which is what they are looking for.
