C	Carla Matos Saavedra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca vayan a esterilizar a sus mascotas en ese lugar, después de la cirugía no te recetan antibiótico ni desinflamatorio o para el dolor, te dicen que tampoco necesitan collares isabelinos. Lleve a mi gatita a esterilizar y para empezar la sutura estaba mal hecha, le dejaron una bola, la tuve que llevar a los 2 días después porque mi gatita estaba incomoda y supurando y en ese momento la volvieron a internar para intervenirla nuevamente (2 cirugías en menos de 1 semana), me la entregaron y todo empeoró, tuve que ir a otra veterinaria en donde si le recetaron las medicinas correspondientes pero mi gatita estaba tan mal que falleció todo por sus negligencias. Otro caso me pasó con un gato macho en donde por no recetar collar isabelino al día siguiente se arrancó las puntadas pero el si corrió con suerte. Tienen gente incompetente en este lugar. No lo recomiendo para nada. Terrible service, never go to sterilize your pets in that place, after surgery they do not prescribe antibiotics or anti-inflammatory or for pain, they tell you that they do not need Elizabethan collars either. I took my kitten to be sterilized and to begin with the suture was poorly done, they left a ball on her, I had to take her 2 days later because my kitten was uncomfortable and oozing and at that moment she was hospitalized again to intervene again (2 surgeries in less than 1 week), they gave her to me and everything got worse, I had to go to another veterinarian where they did prescribe the corresponding medicines but my kitten was so bad that everything died due to their negligence. Another case happened to me with a male cat where for not prescribing an Elizabethan collar the next day the stitches were ripped out but he was lucky. They have incompetent people in this place. I don't recommend it at all.
