★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lastimaron a mi perrita amarrando una gasa porque les daba miedo, que luego no le supieron quitar, le dejaron sangrando un dedo, y me intentaron vender unas croquetas criticando lo come (siendo que no presenta ningún problema médico).
They hurt my dog by tying a gauze because it scared them, which they later couldn't remove, they left her finger bleeding, and they tried to sell me some croquettes criticizing what she eats (since she doesn't have any medical problems).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar ha sido el peor al que he llevado a mi mascota. La lleve a un corte de uñas y en lugar de ponerle un bozal, le amarraron el hocico muy fuerte con una venda, le cortaron mal una uña y le empezó a sangrar. Al final casi no le podía quitar la venda amarrada y mi perrita estuvo muy asustada.
No recomiendo este lugar, y espero que mejoren su servicio.
This place has been the worst I have ever taken my pet to. I took her to a nail cut and instead of putting a muzzle on her, they tied her muzzle very tightly with a bandage, they cut a nail badly and it started to bleed. In the end I could hardly remove the tied bandage and my dog was very scared.
I do not recommend this place, and I hope they improve their service.
