★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya me habían lastimado a mi can en otro lado donde solo bañan perritos y no paso de que las garras se las cortaran mal, por eso decidí mejor llevarlo "con un veterinario" que se supone, saben hacerlo mejor. No se cual sea el comportamiento de mi perro cuando le están cortando su pelo o bañando, pero, creo que no es justificación para que me entreguen a mi can así, sin tan siquiera mencionar que lo habían lastimado. Simplemente entregaron al perro y no atendieron a las llamadas que se les realizaron para pedir explicaciones. Yo llevé a mi can el día domingo y para el día de hoy no se obtuvo respuesta, ni siquiera pensar en llevarlo porque en vez de solucionarlo me lo van a dejar peor. De esto, se dará parte a las autoridades correspondientes.
They had already hurt my dog in another place where they only bathe puppies and it didn't happen that the claws were cut badly, that's why I decided better to take him "to a veterinarian" who supposedly know how to do it better. I don't know what my dog's behavior is when they are cutting his hair or bathing him, but I don't think it's justification for them to hand my dog over to me like this, without even mentioning that they had hurt him. They simply handed over the dog and did not respond to the calls that were made to them to ask for explanations. I took my dog on Sunday and to this day there was no response, not even thinking about taking him because instead of solving it they are going to make it worse for me. This will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
