★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La administración de esta veterinaria cambió hace muy poco. El servicio con la administración anterior era excelente (con un trato muy profesional y cálido para las mascotas) aunque por lo general había que esperar en promedio 45 minutos para ser atendido, por eso llevaba allí a mis animalitos aunque el lugar esté lejos de mi casa. El día de hoy llevé a mi mascota para revisión y me topé con la sorpresa de que es otro personal el que está a cargo. Por principio de cuentas eran casi las 11am y aún estaba cerrado. La doctora que revisó a mi mascota resultó muy “chorera” (yo creo que pensó que tengo interés en estudiar veterinaria), me preguntó al menos tres veces la edad de la paciente y los síntomas. Lo peor fue que intentó tomarle la temperatura sin ponerle gel al termómetro argumentando que era flexible. Le tuve que exigir que usara gel y le aplicó tan poco que molestó a mi mascota. Al final decidí buscar otra veterinaria porque no me gusto el trato ni la forma de diagnosticar. Difícilmente les daré una segunda oportunidad.

The doctor who checked my pet was very "chorera" (I think she thought I had an interest in studying veterinary medicine), she asked me at least three times the age of the patient and the symptoms. The worst was that he tried to take the temperature without putting gel on the thermometer arguing that it was flexible. I had to demand that he use gel and applied so little that it bothered my pet. In the end I decided to look for another veterinarian because I did not like the treatment or how to diagnose. I will hardly give them a second chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni merece la estrella, hay una "doctora" que la verdad quien sabe si tenga el título que sólo operó a mi mascota sin llegar a un diagnóstico, solamente repetía que mi mascota estaba a punto de morir y sinceramente me alarmé y preferí llevarlo a otra veterinaria. (Gracias a Dios sigue vivo mi peque e incluso me dieron su diagnóstico y salió adelante)
Y por lo visto a todas las mascotas querían realizarles cirugías, TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO. INCLUSO TE DAN A TU MASCOTA TODAVIA CON LA ANESTESIA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para vacunas y revisiones muy básicas a gatitos está bien, pero algo más especializado no.
Desconocen mucho sobre gatos. Tengo dos gatitos con enfermedades congénitas que fueron mal diagnosticados. Lleve varias veces a mi gatita porque no se quería mover y (sin realizar estudios) su diagnóstico fue sobrepeso, según el doctor por eso no se movía. Regrese una vez más y solo le aplicaron una inyección para el dolor.
Al llevarla a otra veterinaria y realizarle los estudios pertinentes le diagnosticaron luxación patelar congénita grado 3. Esa era la verdadera razón por la que no se movía. El dolor se lo impedía. Con el tratamiento adecuado mi gatita se recuperó muy bien.
En el caso del gatito me pasó algo similar. No se si se especializan más en perros o que sucede, pero no lo recomiendo para atención felina.

They don't know a lot about cats. I have two kittens with congenital diseases that were misdiagnosed. I took my kitten several times because she did not want to move and (without conducting studies) her diagnosis was overweight, according to the doctor that is why she did not move. I came back one more time and they just gave him a shot for the pain.
When they took her to another veterinarian and carried out the pertinent studies, they diagnosed her with grade 3 congenital patellar luxation. That was the real reason why she was not moving. Pain prevented him. With the proper treatment my kitten recovered very well.
In the case of the kitten, something similar happened to me. I don't know if they specialize more in dogs or what happens, but I don't recommend it for feline care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por cuestiones de la Pandemia tuve q recurrir a otros veterinarios, todos(4) me dijeron que llevara a mi mascota aquí... de las frases que más recuerdo:
Vet: Puedo ir a revisarla mañana, pero si te sientes muy inquieta llévala a Centro Veterinario Norte, te paso la dirección
Yo: La de Calz. De Guadalupe, con Fernando... el es su veterinario.
Vet: ah... ¿el es su veterinario? ¡Ya abrieron!
Agradezco que tengan el ojo para saber quien viene realmente mal y pidan permiso de que pase primero q otros pues no todos son tan comprensivos. Los precios son bastante coherentes, tal vez no sea taaaan barato pero no son elevados.
El Doc Fernando tiene definitivamente un don. Todos sus colaboradores(voy ahi desde hace 10 años q me lo recomendaron)son de buen nivel y siempre termino muy tranquila yo y mis pelud@s mejor desde la primera visita.
Si, hay q esperar, pero a menos que sea una emergencia hay q darnos cue ta de q se tarda porque está checando vie a su paciente y tu mascota será igualmente revisada con detalle.

Vet: I can go check it tomorrow, but if you feel very restless, take it to the North Veterinary Center, I'll give you the address
Me: Calz's. From Guadalupe, with Fernando ... he is her vet.
Vet: ah ... is he your vet? They already opened!
I appreciate that you have the eye to know who is really wrong and ask permission to pass first than others because not all are so understanding. The prices are quite consistent, maybe not sooo cheap but they are not high.
Doc Fernando definitely has a gift. All his collaborators (I have been there for 10 years who have recommended it to me) are of a good level and I always finish very calm myself and my furry @ s better from the first visit.
Yes, you have to wait, but unless it is an emergency you have to tell us that it takes time because you are checking on your patient and your pet will also be reviewed in detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar no lleven a sus mascotas aquí si realmente las aman, cobran demasiado y son pecios cirujanos, la cirujoa de esterilización más otra me salieron en 5 mil pesos y mi perrito quedó mal lo tuvimos que llevar a otro lugar y me mataron a uno de mis perros en la operación
Pésimo el doctor, no te dice lo que tiene tu mascota y se contradicen entre el y la doctora que atienden ahí
Regularmente no suelo tener arrepentimiento pero de verdad me arrepiento todos los días de haber confiado en este lugar para ate der a mis mascotas
Terrible place, do not take your pets here if you really love them, they charge too much and they are surgeon wrecks, the sterilization surgeon plus another cost me 5,000 pesos and my puppy was badly we had to take him to another place and they killed me one of my dogs in the operation
The doctor is terrible, he does not tell you what your pet has and they contradict himself between him and the doctor who treats there
I do not usually have regrets but I really regret every day that I trusted this place to care for my pets
