Cuidado con sus perros para Estetica cero profesionales no hay amor por los animalitos. Mi perro sigue sufriendo por el daño causado y aún así cobraron 400 pesos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Dra. Nalleli me atendió, tenía una actitud muy mala, se portó incluso grosera. El doctor te contesta de manera nefasta si le escribes a su teléfono a pesar de que te sugieren la opción. No pudieron apoyarme correctamente con el padecimiento de mi perro, jamás volvería a ese lugar y le diría a todos mis conocidos que no lo hagan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada recomendable, me hicieron un presupuesto para baños de mis mascotas terminaron cobrando mas al ir a buscarlos, rasuraron sin mi consentimiento a mi gato, no me pidieron autorización para hacerlo, el costo para vacunas es excesivamente alto y mas el certificado de salud. Busquen otra opción antes de ir ahí.
Not recommended, they made me a budget for bathing my pets, they ended up charging more when I went to look for them, they shaved my cat without my consent, they did not ask me for authorization to do so, the cost for vaccines is excessively high and more the health certificate. Find another option before going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo el servicio de emergencias, no cuentan con equipo y lo único que les interesa es hacerte una cuenta enorme para al final decirte que tienen que enviar a tu perrito a la cdmx porque no cuentan con el equipo necesario para atenderlo, ni siquiera tienen la máquina para hacer un ultrasonido, mi perrita desgraciadamente falleció, nada recomendable.

La falta de profesionalismo e inexperiencia del personal hacen que la visita a dicho establecimiento sea una sentencia de muerte para nuestros peludos, y es que confundir una torsión gástrica con la ingestión de una almohada o juguete es vergonzoso, aunque más vergonzoso es tener que pagar por un servicio con esa calidad. Cobros indebidos y no especificados en el listado de precios entre otras irregularidades. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Querer lucrar con la vida de cualquier ser vivo, siempre será algo lamentable , cuando la perspectiva humana se pierde y se da la bienvenida a la falta de empatía por unos cuantos pesos de más , también es lamentable, recordemos que estos pacientes, tienen familias que los esperan en casa , una historia y vida también. Lamentable que haya profesionales que lejos de ayudar , se preocupan por la cuenta. Hago un llamado a la consciencia colectiva y a la empatía ciudadana para no acudir a este tipo de establecimientos. No hay justificación alguna para actuar de tal forma. Servicio deficiente y engaño al consumidor ya que no cuentan con los servicios que dicen tener.

Tuvieron un mal manejo en la medicación previa a la esterilización de una gatita, que derivo en un paro respiratorio. Ni siquiera tuvieron la responsabilidad de informar y explicar bien lo sucedido. Se deslindaron de todo y la entregaron aun con anestesia y con una receta con antiinflamatorios sin hacer referencia a lo sucedido.
