Whenever I have taken my cats They have taken them out of their diseases, once they cleaned their teeth and it was super good, they did not remove any teeth, they charge just enough, also they do the studies there, sometimes if the wait is long because they attend Detail to the pets, and Well I only give 4 stars because it is not 24 hours if I would not give them all 5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure how this place has lots of good reviews but when I took my dog here the professionalism was not great. I didn't even get recommendations of what I could do so my dog could feel better and did not even mention that he will do some type of testing. And to make it worst he had a rude tone when dealing with me and other clients who were here. Its rare for me to leave bad comments, but this one was an exception. I would recommend for this location to have a training in professionalism and on how to talk to its patients. Not even in Mexico city I had a problem. I doubt I will be back but if I do and see a change on this Vet Clinic, I will change my review. Hope y'all enjoy your visit in the state of Mexico.
