I went to the Veterinary Clinic more than a month ago because my kitten couldn't urinate well. I really liked the attention of the Dr. However, what I did not think is that they do not give you a ticket in which they reflect and explain the cost of each service they offered you. There is also no sign or something where you can observe it. When I took my kitten I was worried about him and obviously I wasn't worried about what I needed to invest in $$$, however it was more than $3100 pesos, they did blood tests, urine tests, ultrasounds, and prescribed some medications (all good with that, the health of my kitten is a priority) however what I did not think was that now that I took my kitten to another veterinarian they asked me for the studies that had already been done, I called the veterinarian to see if I could go through them in physical and they told me no, that they sent them to me by mail, however, two days have passed and they still haven't sent me the results of the studies by mail as we agreed and I paid for them, so I have the right to receive them. I like the attention of the doctor, I do not deny it, however the prices seem excessive to me and I feel that they take advantage of the pain and concern that you have for your pet, they do a lot of "things" to check it and suddenly they leave you drop the super expensive bill without warning, and then they don't want to give you evidence of the "studies" they supposedly took and that's why the visit was so expensive.
