★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia... antes de acudir aquí valoren otras opciones... desafortunadamente por la condición en la que se encontraba mi perrita la lleve de urgencia en la madrugada y no leí los comentarios pero si lo hubiera hecho hubiera salido corriendo de ahí... que esta sea la última de todas sus opciones...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La intención no es mala, de echo creo que hablamos con 5 medicos diferentes en 3 días de hospitalización. Los medico fueron muy cordial… pero rechazamos una propuesta de un medico para un tratamiento demasiado pesado para un gato y nos olvidaron por completo.. ningún seguimiento o llamadas para hablar de otras propuestas. Me pareció muy poco profesional. Agregar a esto, la llegada de los niños de las secretarias, las telenovelas con alto volumen etc.. no da un ambiente de calma para los animales hospitalizados. No lo recomiendo

The doctors were very friendly... but we turned down a doctor's proposal for too heavy treatment for a cat and were totally forgotten... no follow-up or calls to discuss other proposals. I found it very unprofessional. Adding to this, the arrival of the secretaries' children, high-volume soap operas, etc., does not provide a calm environment for hospitalized animals. I do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobran por todo, carísimo. No dan diagnóstico, le dan media pastilla a tu mascota y te cobran la caja completa, abren una lata y te la cobran aunque no la necesite tu perrito. El trato, la atención a bajado mucho. Te piden depósito de $1000 en caso de internar a tu mascota y tardan una eternidad en hacer cuenta final, y terminas debiendo el doble o triple del depósito.
They charge for everything, very expensive. They don't give a diagnosis, they give your pet half a pill and charge you for the full box, they open a can and charge you for it even if your puppy doesn't need it. The treatment, the attention has dropped a lot. They ask you for a $1000 deposit in case you admit your pet and they take forever to make a final account, and you end up owing double or triple the deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente hospital veterinario, la experiencia y conocimiento de las doctoras y doctores es muy bueno. Las instalaciones son higiénicas así como todos los instrumentos/material con los que cuentan. En cuanto el precio, es justo. Basta con ver a tu al rededor que estás en un Hospital de calidad. El hecho que sea de 24 hrs, lo hace una verdadera opción para cualquier emergencia.
Hace poco llevé un Golden por un granito de su ojo y fue atendido increíblemente e inmediatamente por la doctora, te hacen sentir tranquilo y que está tu mascota en buenas manos e incluso pueden enviarte los resultados por correo.
Me llevo una grata experiencia de aquí. ¡Felicitaciones!. Subo imágenes de tan bien que quedó su ojo después de la cirugía y los cuidados que nos recomendaron.
Esperemos que no tengan que traer sus mascotas aquí por una emergencia, pero de ser así. Aquí es el lugar.
Una verdadera opción de Hospital Veterinario, que es raro de encontrar en la ciudad con todo lo escrito anteriormente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, un hospital que sabe tratar y curar a los bebés de uno (perritos) Son Bien higiénicos que hasta para tocar a tu bebé se lavan las manos. Precios son buenos aunque a los bebés no tiene precio con tal de que se pongan bien. Muy satisfecho desde el inicio al fin. El único detalle sería que no saben bien que tipo de medicamento deberían de darle al bebe (perrito, perrita). Y la verdad mi bebé no camino y no caminaba ni aún saliendo de ahí del hospital. Ni días después, al contrario siguió malo. Lo cual lo lleve a su veterinario de el y como siempre su opinión y ayuda a mi bebé fue mucho mejor que la del hospital hoy en día mi bebé ya camina y corre. Esa es mi opinión no supieron que hacer con mi bebé, en este hospital lo único malo fue eso y para mi eso es algo imperdonable. Deberían de poner mas atención a ese detalle y no hacer gastar a uno nomas porque si. Lamentó este comentario negativo pero pasaron días y nomas nada con la ayuda del hospital. El veterinario de mi bebé aunque sea una casa humilde tiene mi hijo clientes y a salvado a muchos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De nada sirve que lo llamen hospital cuando no cuenta con equipos para realizar estudios, no tienen la experiencia necesaria. Pues el equipo de ultrasonido siempre esta descompuesto y para el servicio de química sanguínea, radiología solo se me dieron la orden de estudios para un hospital privado. Y para la diálisis no se pudo realizar porque no tenían catetes de la medida requerida. Y termine tratando a mi perrito con médicos privados. La Dra. Lizbeth que atendió a mi perro, me dijo que allí no se realizan cirugías, ya que mi perro iba a necesitar cirugía. Entonces no entiendo como es que algunos doctores si realizan cirugías. Acaso no todos los doctores tienen a misma capacidad de diagnosticar y referir al paciente perruno dentro del mismo hospital para su procedimiento correcto?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente la experiencia que tuve con la Dra Sandra Huazo fue una historia de horror, lleve de urgencias a mi gato y su trato fue poco humano, sarcástico y estaba de muy mal humor.
Tuve que llevarme a mi gato a otro hospital ya que su diagnóstico fue poco profesional,al querer operarlo y en la clínica donde lo lleve después me dijeron que no era necesario hasta que el gatito estuviera más estable ya que la anestesia de la operación pudo haber complicado todo. En fin la Dra fue muy muy muy poco profesional.
