At some point they were good, but the care and costs leave much to be desired, they do not respect appointment times and I witnessed the sad death of one of their patients, I do not know the causes, however they panicked, wondering if they should tell him to the owner what happened, that generated a lot of mistrust because you practically do not know in whose hands or what you are leaving your pet for ... zero professionalism.

Their service is not 24 hours, yesterday they ran over my dog, we rang the bell and they never opened, unfortunately my dog died in my arms outside the vet. Perhaps there was not much to do anymore, but I would have liked to have exhausted any possibility for her to stay. This happened around 8 at night. So do not trust and look for another place where they do attend emergencies. ?

My puppy was admitted in general healthy, we took him for a check-up and they initially told us one price after the treatment another and they changed us, they accused us of not taking care of him and accused a previous veterinarian for his health when it was clearly not the case, they operated on him and said being "stable" the doctor zero empathic, when we went for him they did not want to deliver him, apart from terrible negligence service.
I delivered it playing with the puppies, they returned it to me in an urn
Be careful with this clinic it is fatal, they do not deserve to continue working they are terrible people and doctors

I went with my pet at 8:05 PM (after 8:00 the consultation is already taken as an emergency) with a consultation cost of $500 pesos plus everything that applies.
Honestly quite accessible to serve you at any time of the day. Medications are 100% stocked and their prices are also accessible. An account of $1400 pesos was what I spent + the attention of both doctors was excellent.
I highly recommend it

The bad thing about being foolish in life is that eventually you end up paying the price for your mistakes. Many years ago, despite the fact that everyone tells you: "don't buy dogs in Pericoapa because they are all sick", I went and bought my daughters a Chihuahua dog (which turned out to be more like Sonoran) and, indeed, a couple of days after buying it he got sick with parvovirus. It got super bad. We were told that the chance of her dying was 90%. We took her to the Azca Center... and they saved her! It wasn't cheap, mind you, but they saved her. The veterinary doctors who work there are very good, highly trained and quite humane. Several years later, they gave us a Chihuahua puppy and —I don't know if they also bought it in Pericoapa or what— he also got sick! Of the same! As by then we already lived further away, we were too lazy to take him to Azcapotzalco and we took him to any dog killer. It was cheaper for us, yes (economically speaking, nothing more). But, two days after taking him to the "vet", the puppy died. Now, these days, we adopted a Chihuahua puppy (I don't understand the insistence on having Chihuahua puppies, but, that's right), apparently, according to what we were told, his previous owners mistreated him, because one day he woke up and he couldn't move a patita, we took him to another dog killer and he told us that "he had dislocated his clavicle", that "then that happens to those breeds" and he gave him an injection and sold us some medicine. But the next day, the dog couldn't even walk anymore, his back legs went numb and he couldn't stand up anymore. We tried to lift it, and it fell on its side! He was getting stiff as a board. Instead of going back with the same "vet", even if it was far away, we decided to take him to the Azca Center and they treated him there. They told us that his previous owners had probably hit him on the head and that he had nerve damage. They gave us the treatment, they sold us the medicine and told us what to do. Nothing came cheap, yes; however, the puppy is already walking, not so far that we can say super well, but he is improving and I see that he is happy.

Terrible attention, it is not a 24-hour hospital as the signs say. We arrived at 10 pm and they told us that there was service until 11, we stayed until 11:30 and they did not open for us, we rang the bell and nothing
They only made us waste valuable time, disgusting people apart from super rude ladies who told us that at 11 as they opened
Don't go, don't waste your time there ???
