I made the dumb mistake of bringing a stray cat here for help because the poor little guy was suffering. When he was barely moving I assumed it was an emergency and they still made me wait for at least 30 minutes in their waiting room before I had to demand some help for the suffering cat who was meowing in pain. They then had to keep the cat for a couple of days, run tests , etc. they ended up charging me 11,000 pesos without a single offer of reduction of the cost as it was a stray cat!!! They charged 2,000 pesos just to put the cat down when his prognosis was bad. The staff need to be educated on what pro Bono is so that they don’t profit off of every single animal that walks through their door.

24 hrs service for your pet. They also have toys and food for nearly any pet. The emergency service is great when your pet needs immediate attention.

This place is awful. Este lugar es horrible. I'll be writing this review in both English and Spanish in an effort to possibly save future people reading this. Greed. This is what it boils down to. My girlfriend and I adopted a puppy who had been sick, throwing up multiple times throughout the night. When we brought our puppy here, they immediately took her away and told us to wait. They indicated due to COVID-19 it would not be possible to accompany her to the examination room. OK, pandemic - reasonable right? So we waited. Finally someone came over to speak with us and instead of telling us what was wrong with our puppy, they just slipped us a bill of 5,000+ MXN pesos + additional per day fees. So we asked: "What's wrong with our dog?" "Well, we can't say for sure. We'll have to do multiple tests and even then if the tests are negative...we'll have to retest a few more times. Could be canine distemper (moquillo) but yeah it's better for her to stay. Keep in mind that the quote doesn't include any additional tests." I'm not sure if the person who "helped" us lacked empathy to notice were emotionally distressed but it felt incredibly slimey the way they handled us. After reading many other reviews, I come to find we're not the only ones. The focus was always on the money. And hey listen, I know nothing is free: I get that they have bills to pay. However I don't think we should support a culture where places like these take advantage of emotionally compromised people for the sake of profit. It felt like they cared more about money than they did about our pet. Español : Interesados en el dinero. A esto se reduce todo. Mi novia y yo adoptamos un cachorro que se nos enfermo, vomitando varias veces durante la noche. Cuando llegamos, inmediatamente se la llevaron y nos dijeron que esperáramos. Indicaron que debido al COVID-19 no sería posible acompañarla a la sala de examen. De acuerdo, pandemia - razonable ¿no? Así que esperamos. Finalmente, alguien vino a hablar con nosotros y en lugar de decirnos qué le pasaba a nuestro perrito, simplemente nos pasó una factura de más de 5,000 pesos + tarifas adicionales por día. Entonces preguntamos: "¿Qué le pasa a nuestro perro?" "Bueno, no podemos decirlo con certeza. Tendremos que hacer varias pruebas e incluso aunque las pruebas sean negativas... tendremos que volver a realizar las mismas purebas unas cuantas veces más. Podría ser moquillo pero pues déjenla con nosotros. Tenga en cuenta que la cotización no incluye pruebas adicionales". No estoy seguro de si la persona que nos "ayudó" careció de empatía para notar que estabamos emocionalmente angustiados, pero nos hizo sentir muy feo por la forma en que nos manejó. Después de leer muchas otras críticas, descubro que no somos los únicos. El enfoque de ellos es siempre en el dinero. Y bueno, yo entiendo que nada es gratis, que al final del dia son un negocio. Sin embargo, no creo que debamos apoyar una cultura en la que lugares como estos se aprovechan de las personas emocionalmente comprometidas en aras de ganancia. Pareció que se preocuparon más por el dinero que por nuestra mascota.

I've been there to buy pet supplies. Place looks clean and the staff is friendly. I understand that the doctors speak English and that they also offer the service to help your pet with their travel documents.

Had to come here for a last minute certification to fly a small dog to the USA. They told me I had to come back with more paperwork to get a cze pet passport. Which I later found out is an outdated requirement to travel to the USA. I did about 3 hours of running around and stressing for paperwork I’d never heard of before. I ended up going to another vet and getting the certificate in 15 minutes and had all the right paper work in the first place. It was so stressful. I’m not sure where they got their information but it is wrong. The guy who talked to me was kind but really unhelpful and gave me wrong information.
