They ruined my life, taking from me what I loved the most.

My dog ​​was unable to walk and I consulted several "specialists" and they told me that he will never walk again but finally they recommended this clinic and it is incredible. My dog ​​has improved with the ozone technique in the spine!!!! ! I spent several treatments at each clinic with its prognosis and medications, anti-inflammatories, including an MRI all for my dog ​​to walk and the only thing the other doctors recommended was to put him to sleep or a chair, but here they tell me that he will walk and if I believe it We are very grateful to the clinic. They do not waste time when something like that happens to them like they stop walking out of nowhere. The first 8 hours are important to cure it.

Terrible service, I took my baby to be treated and they told me that he had stones in his bladder and that I had to leave him because they were going to operate on him. The next day I went to see him, he had already been operated on but the doctor who treated me treated us badly, he behaved very despotic, his way of telling us things was incorrect, according to them my baby bit his legs and bit (it seems illogical to me and impossible for him to do that because he wasn't like that) I saw him well, parasite, when he saw me he smiled, he was happy and waggled his tail, he wanted me to pick him up and go home and the doctor already wanted to discharge him, which is still he couldn't do it because he had just been operated on at night, he told us to go for him the next day... And when we went for him they gave us the news that my baby had died, they blamed my little boy, my heart is made shattered, my world is falling apart, my dog ​​is gone and I don't know what I'll do without him. I know that even if I write and write, he will not return with me, I will not have him by my side, but I do want you to know how my experience was there and if they treated me badly, I have no doubt that they did not treat my baby badly, when they handed him over they didn't take the trouble to clean him, they gave him to us full of blood, his whole little body was covered in blood, they didn't even close his little eyes and I doubt that my baby is dead from what they told us, but I do want to make it clear that my toby fought to live, my baby was NEVER aggressive, he NEVER BITES PEOPLE AND ESPECIALLY NEVER BITES HIMSELF, he wanted to live and return home with his family, I lost it because you could tell the last day I saw him and I regret it so much. left there, for me it is the worst place, the worst veterinarian, they can continue with their normal life, but I am left without my baby.

The main veterinarian, (I think he is the owner) has extensive knowledge about his area, however, the way he treats people leaves a lot to be desired. Personally I had a bad experience with the veterinarian Javier, he behaved in a very arrogant way, I would recommend being more tactful when addressing his clients. I would definitely never go back to this vet.
