★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, si llevas a tu mascota te pediran multiples estudios para "descartar" lo que tenga tu mascota y con eso te inflan la cuenta, te cobran por cada noche que se quede internado, te cobran el material que usaron (no te la incluyen en su exorbitante cuenta). Yo llevé a mi gato, lo internaron y querian cobrarme mas estudios para "descartar", pagamos casi $7000 por nada, total que al llevarlo a un mejor lugar solo era estres lo que tenia mi gato y esta mucho mejor. Jamas vuelvo a llevar mascotas ahi.
 Very bad experience, if you take your pet they will ask you for multiple studies to "rule out" what your pet has and with that they inflate your account, they charge you for each night that they stay hospitalized, they charge you for the material they used (they did not included in your exorbitant bill). I took my cat, they hospitalized him and they wanted to charge me more studies to "rule out", we paid almost $7000 for nothing, total that when he was taken to a better place it was only stress that my cat had and he is much better. I will never take pets there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención, ya he llevado a varias mascotas y en ningún otro lado han sabido manejar casos complicados. Es caro pero no van a parar hasta encontrar el diagnóstico correcto, lamentablemente mi gatita falleció pero me consta que los doctores intentaron estabilizarla y le hicieron los estudios pertinentes. En ningún otro lado hubieran sabido que tenía PIF + diabetes. Son muy humanos y te dejan verlos, se ve que los tratan con cuidado. Lo malo es el precio pero si tienen los recursos no duden que es el mejor lugar y la atención de verdad es 24x7 no como en otros lugares a los que me rechazaron la atención porque "no había doctores" y se promocionan como 24x7, perdí un día por esta situación, lamento no haber llevado antes a mi gatita a Rampu.

Nowhere else would they have known that he had PIF + diabetes. They are very human and they let you see them, you can see that they treat them with care. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy muy agradecida con los doctores que le dieron una excelente atención a mi Chase, raza Chihuahua que llegó muy grave con diarrea y vomito con sangre.
Lo lleve el viernes por la tarde noche y después de los estudios que le hicieron se diagnóstico con gastroenteritis y pancreatitis... Afortunadamente recibió un buen tratamiento y lo cuidaron muy bien... Hasta que se recupero. Además de que nos permitían ir a visitarlo y cuando fue posible hasta nos permitieron llevarlo a dar un paseo.
Los veterinarios y todos los que trabajan ahí en general con una calidez humana excelente y empatía hacia los que somos PET lovers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un excelente hospital veterinario, cuenta con casi todas las especialidades y servicio las 24 horas. Es un poquito más caro que la generlidad de veterinarias pero realmente vale la pena. El trato es muy humano, obviamente está súper limpio y aceptan tarjetas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sintetizando lo que pasó: llevé a mis gata, que rescaté en la calle más de 4 veces, y por una diarrea decidí llevarla al hospital y cada veterinario me decía algo distinto. Decidimos llevarlo a otro veterinario porque no nos daban un diagnóstico y nos pedían hacer miles de estudios, consultas y también comprar muchos medicamentos. Las consultas no son baratas. Al llevarlo al otro veterinario nos dieron un diagnóstico enseguida y nos comentaron que no era necesario hospitalizarla cómo nos dijeron en RAMPU. Igualmente, quería mencionar que una veterinaria que está por las noches me regañó porque le decía que no nos daban una solución y nos dijo que qué esperábamos, que nuestra gata era de la calle. Cabe recalcar que gaste alrededor de 4 mil pesos y no nos dieron una solución por falta de coordinación.

Likewise, I wanted to mention that a veterinarian who is there at night scolded me because I told her that they did not give us a solution and she told us what we expected, that our cat was from the street. It should be noted that I spent around 4 thousand pesos and they did not give us a solution due to lack of coordination.
