La primera vez que lleve a mi gata ( a media noche) fue atendida por un pasante creo yo. No diagnosticó correctamente. A la mañana siguiente nos atendió la doctora Martha, ella si sabe su trabajo, nos la diagnosticó y la atendió muy bien. Desafortunadamente ella ya no está en esa sucursal y nunca ves a los mismos médicos. Espero que en futuras emergencias, no haya sorpresas.

He observado que si lee el dueño de este hospital,agradezco por eso, las observaciones que se dan, por lo que quisiera decirle que de nada sirve tengan las herrramientas o aparatos para atender, si todo el personal no esta al 100 por ciento calificado, no tiene el mismo interés por atender a los pacientes, si les interesa más platicar un poco más en vez de atender,,He ido ahi por mucho tiempo, y hasta que quienes hacen la estetica de los cachorros y sobre todo un joven es demasiado intolerante con los animales, en mi cara estaba apretando demasiado el cuello de mi cachorro porque no quería cortarse las uñas, se encarga de limpiar tambén y se ve que lo hace de mala gana.Simplemente no le gusta su trabajo. Terminé por decepcionarme cuando lleve a mi cachorro ayer, 23 de julio y casí no pudiendo respirar, me tuve que esperar que lo atendieran, mientras le hacen al cuento preguntandome datos, y lo peor que no tenian pacientes atendiendo. No es la primera vez, pero esta vez me tocó. Cuando un paciente viene muy mal, deberían atenderlo con mayor rápidez, y no estar poniendo de acuerdo a ver quien lo atiende. No importa si esta muy grave o no, simplemente pagamos por un buen servicio, merecemos que los veterinarios titulares los atiendan, debe haber un practicante en presencia para que vaya aprendiendo, porque se que con la práctica hace al maestro.Pero no a costillas de los pacientes. Uno por no hacer sentir mal a los practicantes no exigimos el derecho de atender por un veterinario titular.Otra idea es que cuando esten todos los titulares ocupdos que atiendan a los cachorros graves, tomando los signos, preguntando sobre que sintomas llevan para ganar tiempo. Me supongo que eso si podrian hacerlo solos.Mientras se desaocupa alguien. Ayer solo me preguntaba que le pasaba y se le quedaba mirando solo a mi cachorro, hasta que le dije que si no hiba hacer algo, ya me dice que estaba agonizando, pero no sabe porque si no le toma los signos. Para eso me quedo en mi casa y yo lo hago.Murió mi cachorro sin intentar algo que es lo que más me duele. Lo lleve porque pensé que si le estaba dando un paro cardiaco, harían algo o ponerle respiración pero no. Así como usted es profesional, ético, responsable, humano y tiene el intéres por sus pacientes debería exigir y solicitar veterinarios con las mismas características. En este momento sólo conocí a una veterinaria que esta trabajando con usted, que mis respetos. Es problema de aquí es que uno debe tener la suerte de que te atienda los titulares capacitados.Esto no debería de ser así.

Tienen un gran problema con la puntualidad. Siempre que tengo cita, paso al menos 20 minutos después de lo acordado. Aún cuando uno tenga la primer cita del día, no paso puntual. Ahorita estoy esperando para un estudio, mi cita era a las 10, la primera del día y sigo sin pasar, ya son son 10:21. Tiene buen servicio pero en la puntualidad tienen un gran problema.

Lleve a mi perrito y desafortunadamente falleció por distemper pero el tiempo que lo atendieron, tuvo la mejor atención y gran trato hacia nosotros por parte del médico. Los costos son adecuados y por la salud de la mascota lo vale.

Excelente lugar, aquí tratan a tus mascotas como reyes pero así también se ve reflejado en la cuenta. He traído a mis perros y me los han sacado de muchas donde yo ya los daba por perdidos entonces para mi este lugar ha salvado a mucho de mis peluditos y eso no tiene precio.

Muy mal servicio, lleve a mi perrita en la noche ya que la mordió un perro y salimos de urgencia tenía una herida y no quisieron suturarla se quedó hospitalizada ya que según tenía algo en el pulmón decidimos sacarla de ahí y no tenía nada de lo quee decían sin encambio complicaron las cosas al no querer suturarla ademas de que me la entregaron enrredada en una venda y cinta como para paquete de Fedex y ni hablemos del pago 1300 pesos por una noche.
