Por la baja autoestima del empleado que en este momento se encuentra como encargado del área de compras mantiene un comportamiento narcisista de su parte, existió acoso laboral hacia mi, comentarios misóginos, insinuaciones con las que nunca estuve de acuerdo hacia un ambiente laboral o hacia una mujer.
OJO PARA LOS CARGOS SUPERIORES CON ESTA PERSONA..!! Prevengan antes de que siga creciendo su comportamiento y ambiente laboral negativo para la empresa.
