★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saben que tratan tanto con el animal como con el amo, muy a gusto con la atención y ya sólo ellos bañan, cortan el pelo y atienden a mis compañeros animales :)
 They know that they treat both the animal and the owner, very comfortable with the attention and they only bathe, cut their hair and take care of my animal companions :)

Terrible attention. Although I saw bad comments I decided to give them a try, but as they say the reviews have zero tact and are rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desconocen por completo lo que es el servicio al cliente, llevé a mi perra a las 4:30PM para que la bañen y no me la recibieron, que por favor la lleve más temprano porque ellos se van a la 6:00PM (¿que no la pueden bañar en una hora y media?) a pesar de que el letrero dice que cierran a las 9:00PM, en estos tiempos de crisis mejor le dejo mi dinero a otra veterinaria donde si tengan respeto por el cliente y por el trabajo. Se nota que son flojos
They do not completely know what customer service is, I took my dog at 4:30 PM to bathe her and they did not receive me, please take her earlier because they leave at 6:00 PM (what not? Can they bathe her in an hour and a half?) Despite the sign saying that they close at 9:00 PM, in these times of crisis I better leave my money to another vet where they have respect for the client and for the work. You can tell they are lazy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREMADAMENTE AGRADECIDO con los doctores. Durante el transcurso de nueve meses me ayudaron con mi perro y mostraron compasión, alegría, altruismo y sobre todo cariño a mi perro. Lamentablemente mi perro falleció pero ellos me ayudaron a darle una vida digna y alegre. EXTREMADAMENTE AGRADECIDO.
Son de la gente más noble y honesta que conozco en el ámbito veterinario. Siempre me han atendido con respeto y esmero. Me han atendido a todas horas con o sin cita. Tratan a mi perro como suyo y nos dan la bienvenida como si fuéramos parte de la familia.
Nos han ayudado a mi perro y a mi varias veces y he quedado muy satisfecho y agradecido por el servicio que se nos ha brindado.
Es una desgracia ver las reseñas malas, siempre que hemos hecho cita nos atienden a tiempo.
Los recomiendo muchísimo y espero que les den la oportunidad de ayudar a su mascota, son gente buena, capaz y trabajadora.
EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to the doctors. Over the course of nine months they helped me with my dog and showed compassion, joy, altruism and most of all affection for my dog. Unfortunately my dog passed away but they helped me to give him a dignified and happy life. EXTREMELY GRATEFUL.
They are one of the most noble and honest people I know in the veterinary field. They have always treated me with respect and care. They have treated me at all hours with or without an appointment. They treat my dog as their own and welcome us like we are part of the family.
They have helped my dog and me several times and I have been very satisfied and grateful for the service that has been provided to us.
It is a disgrace to see the bad reviews, whenever we have made an appointment they serve us on time.
I highly recommend them and I hope they give them the opportunity to help their pet, they are good, capable and hardworking people.
