★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor trato que he recidido, una persona sin profesionalismo, llegué con mi perrita accidentada y lo único que recibí por parte del pseudo médico fueron comentarios estúpidos como que si quería el " me la reparaba" e insistiendo mejor en dormirla, sin más me ofreció sus servicios de cremación, y tuve que ir al cajero por efectivo por qué ya no aceptaba tarjetas y cuando regrese mi perrita ya no estaba, no se quien se la llevó y a donde se la llevaron y dudo mucho que las cenizas que me entregaron sean de mi perra.

Si en verdad quieren a sus mascotas no los lleven a este lugar! Nos soy de poner comentarios aún cuando el servicio haya sido malo pero está vez estoy muy molesta. Mi mascota llevaba una herida grande y este "veterinario" no se la quiso curar solo le medio hecho antiséptico y le inyectó penicilina, me pareció inlogico pero bueno, la llevé al siguiente día y solo la inyectó (cabe mencionar que dude desde el primer día ya que le tenía muchísimo miedo a mi gato) necesito 4 personas para sostenerlo, mi gato no mejoraba ya no caminába y solo se arrastraba. Para no hacerlo más largo la lleve al tercer día a otro veterinario y al comentarles lo que paso solo mostraron molestia y la intervinieron inmediatamente, se vio su profesionalismo y amor por los animales. Mi gato está en recuperación mejoró muchísimo solo espero que su organismo reaccióne bien (por qué tenía más problemas, cosa que no me dijo el 1er "veterinario") solo espero que no sea demasiado tarde.
Cuando lleven a sus mascotas al veterinario y no vean su profesionalismo desde el primer día no lo duden y busquen otro inmediatamente no hagan lo mismo que yo.

If you really love your pets, don't take them to this place! I am giving us comments even when the service has been bad but this time I am very upset. My pet had a large wound and this "veterinarian" did not want to heal it, only half done antiseptic and injected him with penicillin, it seemed unlogical but hey, I took it the next day and he only injected it (it is worth mentioning that he doubted from the first day since I was very afraid of my cat) I need 4 people to hold it, my cat did not improve and it did not walk and only crawled. In order not to make it longer, I took her to another vet on the third day and when I told them what happened, they only showed annoyance and they intervened immediately, their professionalism and love for animals were seen. My cat is recovering a lot, I just hope that her body reacts well (why was she having more problems, which the 1st "vet" didn't tell me) I just hope it's not too late.
When you take your pets to the vet and do not see your professionalism from day one, do not hesitate and look for another immediately, do not do the same as me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero compartir mi experiencia con el doctor, hace tiempo la perrita de mi hermana se enfermó y ya se estaba muriendo, la llevo con varios médicos y ninguno sabía que tenía, hasta que yo le dije que la trajera aquí con el doctor, la trajo y el doctor la revisó y primero le dio tratamiento y le dijo que si al otro día no mejoraba la llevara y así fue la perrita no mejoro y la volvió a llevar y el doctor la opero en ese momento. Ahora la perrita está sana, gracias a él. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
