★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sé cuál es el horario de atención y a pesar de eso toqué porque llevaba un posible perro envenenado y me quedé esperando porque vi que el veterinario estaba cerca del lugar así que supuse en cualquier momento se acercaría a mí. En lugar de eso mandó a una chica a decirme que el veterinario no se encontraba y que hasta mañana regresaba. Le expliqué a la chica que a pesar de no estar seguro 100% que mi perro se había comido comida envenenada creía que era una emergencia, ella rotundamente me negó que el veterinario estaba cerca o en el lugar. La gente hoy en día ya no quiere trabajar y al parecer tengo que llegar con un perro moribundo para ser atendido. Pésimo
I know what the office hours are and despite that I played because I was carrying a possible poisoned dog and I kept waiting because I saw that the vet was near the place so I assumed at any moment he would approach me. Instead he sent a girl to tell me that the vet was not there and that he would be back until tomorrow. I explained to the girl that despite not being 100% sure that my dog had eaten poisoned food that she believed it was an emergency, she flatly denied that the vet was nearby or on site. People nowadays no longer want to work and apparently I have to arrive with a dying dog to be cared for. Appalling
