Me tuvieron esperando más de 30 minutos y no atendieron a mi perro.
Exigen que uno sea puntual y atienda a tiempo las citas pero ellos no respetan el tiempo de uno.
Es un lío para estacionarse, no hay lugar y es una odisea encontrar en donde estacionarse
No lo recomiendo para nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡CUIDADO! Si aman a sus mascotas no las lleven a este hospital. Son sumamente negligentes. No arriesguen la salud y el bienestar de sus mascotas. El que cobren carísimo no quiere decir que hagan un buen trabajo, sólo quiere decir que lo único que les importa es el dinero.
WATCH OUT! If you love your pets don't take them to this hospital. They are extremely negligent. Don't risk the health and well-being of your pets. The fact that they charge very high does not mean that they do a good job, it just means that the only thing that matters to them is money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una pésima experiencia con ellos. No cuidaron a mi perrita ni le dieron los cuidado que necesitaba, no obstante cobraron por ello. Su servicio y atención dista mucho de una clínica especializada y ética, no fueron profesionales ni les preocupó la salud de mi perrita. No la recomiendo en absoluto.
I had a bad experience with them. They did not take care of my dog or give her the care she needed, however they charged for it. Their service and attention is far from a specialized and ethical clinic, they were not professional nor did they care about my dog's health. I don't recommend it at all.

Mi perrito siempre es feliz de ir a consulta, además de que las instalaciones son muy lindas.

Excellent hospital, attention and care. Since I adopted my puppy I have taken him to Dr. Franco and the diagnosis has always been accurate and very professional.
My puppy is always happy to go to the clinic, in addition to the fact that the facilities are very nice.
