Recomendado, tratan bien a tu perrito y se interesan por el, lo único negativo es que tienes que estar marcando todo el tiempo para recibir noticias de los resultados si es que llegaste a realizar alguno con ellos por qué se les olvida avisarte que ya los tienen o tienen una mala comunicación con el cambio de turnos.

Es pésima la atención que las personas de esta sucursal dan a los clientes, empezando por su recepcionista que da un trato desde la entrada quedando que desear, nada profesional y poco cordial, de los doctores nada de profesionalismo, tardando más de 50 minutos para que salieran e interpretaran unos estudios. Además que la sucursal esta descuidada, teniendo filtros "sanitarios" altamente sucios al igual que sus instalaciones. ¡No la recomiendo!

Lo que comentan en la respuesta es una mentira yo decidí terminar los estudios con ellos por voluntad propia ya que estaban pagados y no hacen devoluciones así como tampoco realizan facturas al momento de la compra y se molestan si la solicitas. 4/04/22 Volví a visitar la sucursal y el doctor Polinar (siempre diferentes doctores eso de entrada ya es mala pinta) sin resolver la situación, me comento que lo mejor es que meta una queja, sigo investigando con quien realizar la queja pero es clásico que los representantes reales no den la cara. Llevo años teniendo mascotas y jamás había pasado por algo similar en ningún establecimiento que se dedique a la salud de estos animalitos o que lo tomen a la ligera llevo más de 1 mes haciendo lo que solicitan para saber el estado del gato y además de pagar una buena suma de dinero no le dieron seguimiento adecuado! Llevo realizando estudios a un gato que adopte y tardan más de 2 semanas en entregar los resultados, los doctores no saben qué seguimiento dar ya que siempre atienden las consultas diferentes médicos lo cual hace que tu dinero se vaya a la basura…visite otro médico veterinario y es muy diferente el seguimiento. Eso si tratan muy bien a los animales no hay duda pero de qué sirve si aplazan sus tratamientos eso también es maltrato a los animales por cobrar más.

La primera vez tuvieron que revisar la grabación de las llamadas y corroborar que efectivamente tenía cita y la recepción no lo agendó. Me hicieron perder 2 horas en día laboral. 10 días después de este suceso vuelvo a llegar en domingo y no tienen mi cita, no son capaces de responder ni proponer, ni porque mi última visita me hicieron perder el tiempo. Esta última vez me hicieron espera una hora y media para al final decirme que no me iban a poder recibir. Una falta de respeto y burla por sus clientes. BUSQUEN OTRO LUGAR.

Horrible! En primer lugar cuando llegas de emergencia esta veterinaria se aprovechan para cobrarte muchísimo dinero. Se aprovechan de la situación de vida o muerte para que termines pagando muchísimo sin poder negarte. Ya que la emergencia fue a las 3 de la mañana y no había otro veterinario abierto. En segundo lugar NO TE DEJAN VISITAR A TU MASCOTA. La visita es solo 5 minutos al día y a la hora que ellos te digan, si no puedes a esa hora entonces NO PUEDES VER A TU MASCOTA. A mi me llamaron para decirme que mi perra estaba deprimida y no quería comer y aún así solo me iban a dejar verla 5 minutos y a la hora que ellos me dijeron! La terminé sacando de ahí porque si no se iba a morir de tristeza y la terminé llevando con mi veterinario. Una hora después ya estando con mi veterinario se acabó un tazón de comida. Eso dice mucho de lo malo que es este lugar. No tienen NADA de tacto con los animales. Terminé pagando $30 mil pesos de cuenta afortunadamente solo se quedó dos días hasta que decidí sacarla.

Lack of communication and lack of knowledge on all the employees there. They know how much we care about our dogs and the lengths we are willing to go for them and they take advantage of that. Never knowing the exact answer but always knowing another test they can do to not know the answer. They only have people who seem like nurses and are never certain ok anything probably because they have no experience and dont want to take any responsibility. But hey young people work for less pay so i guess that’s good for the owner even though they charge you premium prices on everything. After going there multiple times and doing multiple tests and finding out absolutely nothing we will be going somewhere else because there only options are to do more and more expensive tests to find out nothing because they have no clue what they are doing. Makes me feel guilty i ever brought my dog here. Unless its for grooming i guess beware of this place they just want your money and will give you halfass answers to make you come back and pay more. Rest in peace to all the dogs that passed away here without any explanation.
