La veterinaria que me atendió no cuenta con habialidades blandas, poco trato al cliente y me parecio poco profesional, pues le hice preguntas especificas acerca del pronóstico de mi perrita, a lo que ella me respondio "es como si tu abuelita de 90 años.." "es como las perdonas con cáncer", y no respondio claramente a misnpreguntas, ciertamente se estaba metieneo con creencias y asuntos morales, cuando se le pedia su opinion medica (para eso acudí, con un "profesional" para ser orientada) y en general su trato era poco cálido, muy acelerada y grotesca en su discurso.
No recomiendo en absoluto la atención!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal pienso que tienen todo para brindar una excelente atención, pero les falta mucha empatía, y no hablo por sus clientes perrunos, si no con nosotros los dueños, no saben todo lo que pasamos con tal de mejorar la situación de nuestros perritos, de las dos ocasiones que fui, la doctora no tuvo mucho tacto al dirigirse conmigo, todo el tiempo me sentí regañada y señalada, y lo más importante, me parece muy desagradable que para cualquier cosa el tema principal fue el dinero "si llegas después de tal hora es más, para internar es tanto etc etc". Espero sus doctores puedan tener más empatía, sería muy agradable llegar a una veterinaria en dónde te tratan cordial y amablemente, con una buena sonrisa.
