★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odio no haberle pedido su nombre a la chica de front desk en la sección de visas para Canada, me hacía falta un documento y se lo pude enviar vía email. Fue súper atenta ten todo momento y con una actitud de servicio inmejorable. El proceso toma 5 minutos. Me fui de ahí con una sonrisa.
 I hate that I didn't ask the girl at the front desk in the Canadian visa section for her name, I needed a document and I was able to send it to her via email. She was super attentive at all times and with an unbeatable service attitude. The process takes 5 minutes. I left there with a smile.

I will make a formal complaint to Immigration Canada, I can not believe that VFSglobal has the handling of visas with such bad organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my visit, I would ignore the bad reviews. I gave biometrics for a Canada visa, got there 20 minutes before my appointment and the process took only 5 minutes. Also no problems with only speaking english, very professional.
