Yummy varied organic dishes are served and can also buy organic products like yogurt, bread, beer, cheese, granola, eggs, veggies as well as many US products such as Dr. Bronners.

A group of 6 of us from all over the US met in SMA for my 40th birthday. I knew I wanted to do a group horse riding trip and there was more than one choice and I'm so glad I went with Via Organica. We had a fantastic time--Humberto was hilarious, the trip was mellow enough for non-experienced riders (we had 3 people) and the meal stop along the tour was DELICIOUS! Home run! This is your horse back riding experience in SMA. Also, if you're hippie dippy with an interest in sustainable ag (three of us in the group met at a hardcore social justice college in AZ) Humberto's farm will be your JAM! Amazing to see the operation he's grown over four years.

Really enjoyed this place. Very fresh & tasty vegetarian options, and welcoming laid back vibe. Had the veggie soup & veggie burger, both were very flavourful & delicious. Their grocery store was super cute & stocked with lots of local organic fruits & veggies. Grabbed some gluten free amaranth cookies on our way out & they were so delicious too - Flavourful, but not overly sweet Highly recommend if you’re looking for healthy clean food in San Miguel

We went there for two different dinners. Both times I got Mexican dishes that were good but didn't taste very traditional. Both enchiladas and enmoladas were lacking in flavor. Their only hot sauce is a house salsa that is very mild. Husband got vegetarian tamales one night and it was pretty good. They have house beers and the stout and pale ale are both good. Though I had to send back my pale because it wasn't cold enough. They have a small grocery connected to it that is great if you want to eat salads and other healthy stuff without eating at the restaurant every day. The hummus we got was decent, though a bit wet. We probably wouldn't have gone there as often if we weren't staying at a room close by. They are a great place to go if you aren't interested in traditional Mexican food.

This is my favorite place to eat in San Miguel de Allende. I love eating organic and locally sourced food and having grass-fed beef. They have great coffee and juices too. The breads are tasty and homemade. Also visit their farm if you have a chance as it is an incredible place.

If you like farm fresh and you don’t mind a little drive out of San Miguel, you are going to love Via Organica! A beautiful setting with the smell of fresh flowers, this is actually an an “eco-agricultural park”, where you can see how they raise and grow the items on your plate. A small store is also on site w/ organic choices, but our favorite ride at this park is the restaurant! The service was attentive and friendly, and the food tasted how one would hope “farm-fresh” would indicate. Mojitos and margaritas available, as well as organic artisan beer, and frescas. Taste the difference, it’s Delicious.
