No abonan las recargas y si llamas a su centro de atención al cliente simplemente no te ayudan pues ni te contestan en el chat o tienen pésimo personal atendiendo llamadas . Ya me cansé de su servicio que es un fiasco. Ya quédense con mis $600 que recargue. NO LO COMPREN!

Un sistema mediocre, su aplicación no funciona correctamente, ya ni siquiera carga la página. Me ha ocurrido en múltiples ocasiones que el tag no pasa en la caseta rápida, un verdadero fiasco. No lo recomiendo. Llevo como una hora tratando de entrar a mi cuenta.

El servicio telefónico está del asco, parece que estás llamando a un call center "patito" (me atendió una tal Gloria a quien 1) nunca le entendí lo que me decía y 2) por si fuese poco me dejó en línea esperando... Y en las oficinas no te atienden si no haces cita.

Pésimo, piden actualizar el Tag si se compró en caseta, lo hice y jamás me llegó la contraseña y usuario a mi correo, intento hacerlo de nuevo y me dice que mi correo o el número de Tag ya está registrado, mandé correo a servicio a clientes y ya es un mes y nada que contestas

Es la tercera vez que el tag no pasa. Yo hago una recarga de saldo y en ocasiones hasta con 9 horas de anticipacion y resulta que me dicen que no hay saldo. Pero eso si en cuando hago recarga de inmediato me quitan el dinero de mi cuenta bancaria y no lo puedo usar hasta que se les da la gana habilitarlos y uno haciendo el oso en las casetas. si es algo molesto. Su sistema deja mucho que desear.

Compre el Tag y desde inicio lo rechaza, he llamado a la oficina y me dicen que vaya a donde lo compre y que no hay devolucion, que debo recargar mi Tag, le he comentado que tiene el saldo, y comenta que además de eso debo recargar, se tiene 150 y no se puede usar, la Señorita Claudia Vazquez muy grosera y como no dio solución, cortó la llamada- Increible, esto es un robo. Quiero ir a la oficina y no quiso agendar nada ni pasarme con alguien más.

Es más fácil sacar un crédito para comprar una casa que activar este Tag!! Llevo dos horas tratando de completar su proceso, es súper ineficiente, para que quieren tanta información? Solo quiero pasar por esa caseta más rápido, lo peor es que al final del trámite me marca error!!! PÉSIMO, prefiero esperar en la fila para pagar en efectivo.
